I booked a space to leave my luggage through Radical Storage and paid in advance. When I arrived at the indicated address, the place simply did not exist. I tried to contact support and did not get a real solution or my money back. A terrible experience, they charge for a service they cannot guarantee exists. I do not recommend it.
Booked a locker that ended up being a parcel service locker, but when it came to opening it at around midnight it wouldn’t open, tried contacting customer service and no response, had to leave without my stuff. When I got in contact with customer service they said they would refund me, then said they couldn’t refund me and I’d have to get in contact with the manager, who over a week later has not responded. The emails I got from the customer service advisor were gibberish and didn’t make sense. A really dodgy company, avoid

Absolutely never again!! Absolutely never again!!! The submission of my pastry was only possible with support assistance, as the transmitted QR code was not valid. However, since the support representative did not respond in a timely manner, the task dragged on for 30 minutes. Then the code did not work again during pickup. Support finally responded after over 30 minutes, by which time my train had already left without me.

I booked their services on January 5th, 2025, for January 6th, expecting a smooth experience. I was told to arrive at the location at 11:00 AM, so I got there early at 10:30 AM. I waited an entire hour, until 11:30 AM, only to find the store still closed! I contacted the company, and instead of solving the problem efficiently, they redirected me to another location. This was completely unacceptable, as I had to take another taxi to get there, which was not easy given all my luggage. This whole ordeal was frustrating, unprofessional, and a complete waste of my time and money. I had to pay for additional storage and an extra taxi due to their incompetence. This experience was infuriating, and I will never use their services again. I strongly warn others to avoid this company at all costs.
