Start van de tour en reis naar onze eerste attractie.
Geniet van een prachtig uitzicht op de groene en blauwe lagunes terwijl je prachtige foto's maakt van het vulkanische landschap van het eiland. Reistijd naar Sete Cidades: 30 minuten
Bewonder het adembenemende Lagoa Verde en Lagoa das Sete Cidades, twee vulkaanmeren in een enorme caldera. De contrasterende wateren in blauwe en groene tinten, omringd door weelderige heuvels, vormen een van de meest ironische en indrukwekkende landschappen van de Azoren.
Verken het pittoreske dorpje Sete Cidades en bewonder de schoonheid van de lagunes die bekend staan om hun contrasterende kleuren. Reistijd naar Capelas 20 minuten
Bezoek het charmante kustplaatsje Capelas, bekend om zijn panoramische uitzichten en historische bezienswaardigheden. Reistijd naar Rabo de Peixe: 20 minuten
Bij Mulher do Capote kunnen bezoekers traditionele likeuren van de Azoren proeven, gemaakt van lokaal fruit en kruiden, in een authentieke en smaakvolle ervaring van de Azoriaanse cultuur.
Bezoek Ribeira Grande, een gemeente in het noorden van São Miguel. Reistijd naar Caldeira Velha: 20 minuten
In Salto do Cabrito kunnen bezoekers een indrukwekkende waterval omgeven door weelderige natuur bewonderen en de oude waterkrachtcentrale verkennen, die de kracht van het water gebruikt om energie op te wekken.
Laatste stop van de tour, met een bezoek aan Pico da Barrosa, dat een panoramisch uitzicht biedt op het ruige landschap en de kust van het eiland. Reistijd naar Ponta Delgada: 20 minuten
Stop bij Miradouro da Lagoa do Fogo voor een prachtig uitzicht op het vulkanische landschap en de lagune. Reistijd naar Pico da Barrosa: 30 minuten

Als u in Ponta Delgada (of binnen 5 km) verblijft, haalt een gids u op tussen 08.45 en 09.00 uur. Zorg ervoor dat u klaarstaat bij de ingang van het hotel. Als u buiten Ponta Delgada verblijft, kunt u ons om 9.00 uur ontmoeten op Posto de Turismo - Av. Infante Dom Henrique, 9500-769 Ponta Delgada. Ik kijk ernaar uit je op de tour te hebben!

Great tour. Tour guide Tiago was great. I would skip the pineapple plantation- interesting, but not worth it. Waterfall was very nice, and almost deserted. Lagos do Fagao was amazing, even better than the seven cities. North coast was rugged and worthy of visiting.

They said they would do the tour even with one person, but they cancelled last minute stating that the guide got sick and that they cannot put me on the tour of another operator as all operators are fully booked for the same day. When I looked on the internet I found several other operators doing the same tour. In my view the whole experience was simply dishonest! I am sure they will write a counter rewrite to protect their poor attitude.
Our sincere apologies for your disappointment. Even though we tried very hard to fulfil the tour, unforeseen circumstances prevented us from doing so. We do honour bookings for 1 person only and we did try a few of our partner companies to accommodate you. We didn't inquire all of them and thus what you're saying is also valid. This tour is especially recommended because it utilizes a high-clearance 4-wheel vehicle that allows driving unpaved local roads providing incredible views in a reasonable time. The route is well-thought, you will enjoy the experience. Our guide Carlos was very friendly and helpful.

Very good excursion, Francisco is a very good guide, very cultured and who knows very well his island and its history. Combining Lago de Fogo and Sete Cidades is a good idea for people like me who like to have a good rhythm! Don't panic there are enough breaks and stops to take pictures, admire the view and catch your breath if necessary. The weather was a bit capricious (without rain) but the guide knew how to foresee the order to enjoy the sunny weather in the right place and at the right time. Thank you to him again! If you plan to swim in the thermal waters of Caldera Velha, entry + swimming costs 10 € for about 45min of swimming (to be reconfirmed on site)

The trip in Safari was better than I expected as I got dizzy easily , the tour made me enjoyable and Francisco our Guide explained many things about the island and the areas we visited , as paste there were many for such a jeep and you also miss the experience of being able to walk up which is more satisfying .

Unfortunately we had FOG all day and didn't see anything that was already a pity but you can't do anything there we were just unlucky with the weather. Our guide Miguel tried very hard we took some photos and took beautiful Morning Glory Flower Pics and could go swimming in a natural pool by the sea. It would have been nice if you could have gone swimming in caldeira velhas. The waterfall was great, there was also the possibility to swim but the weather was just not that great. Miguel was very nice has entertained us in English and the others in Portuguese!
