Uitgeroepen tot 's werelds beste wijntour Begin uw dag met een warm welkom van uw wijngecertificeerde Gids in (of in de buurt van) uw accommodatie in Queenstown voordat u vertrekt naar de Gibbston-wijnregio die bekend staat om zijn wijnhuizen van wereldklasse, gepassioneerde wijnmakers en uitstekende Pinot Noir. Geniet van vier unieke proeverijen langs boetiekkelderdeuren en iconische landgoederen, inclusief een bezoek aan de grootste wijngrot van Nieuw-Zeeland. Locaties zijn meestal Gibbston Valley, Ayrburn, Kinross & Mt Rosa, (onderwerp wijzigen als een kelderdeur gesloten is). Gedurende de dag zullen uw Expert Gids en kelder gastheren elke proeverij verrijken met verhalen, inzichten en wijnexpertise. Voor degenen die verder willen genieten, is er de optie om een heerlijke wijnmakerij bistro lunch toe te voegen (op de dag besteld, meerprijs). De eerste stop van de dag is bij de iconische Gibbston Valley Winery. Gibbston Valley is een van de grondleggers van de regio en hier zullen we deelnemen aan een rondleiding door de grootste ondergrondse wijngrot van Nieuw-Zeeland en genieten van proeverijen van enkele van hun wereldberoemde wijnen.
Kinross is onze tweede stop en een fantastische locatie om verschillende wijnen van meerdere labels te proberen. Naast het produceren van hun eigen wijnen, zal hun kelderdeurgastheer ook wijnen van kleinere producenten presenteren en hun ongelooflijke verhalen delen over hoe ze tot stand zijn gekomen. Na uw wijnproeverij voorzien we extra tijd om te genieten van de lunch. Kinross heeft een scala aan heerlijke gerechten op het menu staan, waaronder pizza's, schotels, kleinere hapjes en hoofdgerechten. Dit wordt direct op de dag besteld en betaald, waardoor u de flexibiliteit heeft om te bestellen wat u wilt op basis van uw smaak en budget.
Mt Rosa is een door een boetiekeigenaar gerunde wijnmakerij en hun prachtige locatie ligt net onder de indrukwekkende Nevis Bluff. Zittend tussen de wijngaarden biedt hun nieuw gebouwde kelderdeurgebouw u een verfijnde achtergrond voor een heerlijk degustatiemenu. Hun gastheer in de kelderdeur neemt u mee door verschillende soorten van hun wijnen met één label. Hun glühwein is een hoogtepunt voor de klant!
We eindigen onze proeverij tour bij onze vierde stop Ayrburn, waar u zult genieten van een zelfstandige wijnvlucht in de charmante Mestkamer of buiten (weersafhankelijk), omgeven door prachtige historische terreinen - echt een must-see bestemming in Queenstown.

Ophaallocaties en -tijden
De centrale ophaallocatie in Queenstown is het Marmolada Cafe in Camp Street. We halen op bij verschillende accommodaties en bushaltes. Als we niet direct bij uw hotel ophalen, zullen we de dichtstbijzijnde ophaallocatie doorgeven. Nadat je hebt geboekt, ontvang je een bericht van ons team om je ophaallocatie en -tijd opnieuw te bevestigen. Zorg dat je 10 minuten voor de aangegeven vertrektijd op je ophaallocatie bent. Uw gidsen wachten tot 5 minuten na de tijd en degenen die te laat zijn en hun vertrek missen, hebben geen recht op restitutie.

One of our favourite days of the trip! We had Caleb as our tour guide and he definitely brought the vibes, making the whole day so much fun and bringing the group altogether. The wineries included were beautiful and the service was great. Perfect amount of time at every winery. Would highly recommend to go with friends!

Great experience from start to finish. Leonie was a super knowledgable, local guide. We had an in-depth wine tasting at each of the carefully selected wineries with enough time to explore each location (this included the Gibbston wine cave and Ayrburn). The food at Kinross was also faultless. Couldn't recommend enough!
