De meeste reizigers kennen de rode vallei niet, deze keer hebben we het geluk om er per ATV doorheen te toeren, naar de regenboogberg die door de rode vallei loopt, aangezien zij de enigen zijn die op ATV door de rode vallei gaan. We combineren beide plaatsen in een eendaags bezoek. De meeste toeristen kennen deze plek niet, omdat het schilderachtige uitzicht op deze plek echt fantastisch is vanaf een andere planeet. Door als eerste de regenboogberg te bereiken, hebben we de tijd om de mooiste foto’s en video’s te maken. Gevarieerd en ruig terrein zorgt voor een spannende ervaring. De ervaring van het verkennen van de Rode Vallei op ATV is spannend en uniek! Met een vleugje avontuur en snelheid. . Omvat al het vervoer met hotelvervoer heen en terug. . inclusief ontbijt en lunchbuffet . Rondleiding met kleine groepen (maximaal 12) meer persoonlijke ervaring. . Inclusief ATV-tour door de rode vallei naar de regenboogberg . U krijgt een andere rondleiding dan normaal.

Je wordt tussen 04.00 uur opgehaald bij het hotel. tot 04.30 uur en maak dan een reis van 2 uur naar Cusipata waar ze een heerlijk ontbijt zullen krijgen, Daarna vervolgen we onze route totdat we Checacupe bereiken, waar we ons eerste bezoek zullen hebben dat onze gids zal uitleggen aan de koloniale brug en de Incabrug, die zich op 3450 m. boven zeeniveau bevindt. Na het maken van foto's gaan we verder.
Na 1 uur reizen om de rode vallei te bereiken waar onze ATV's zich bevinden, zal onze gids ons hier een paar minuten leren hoe we op een gemakkelijke en eenvoudige manier kunnen rijden, en ons voorbereiden om ons avontuur op de terreinwagens te beginnen, we zullen door een ongelooflijk landschap reizen, begeleid door onze gids. We kunnen korte stops maken om van het uitzicht te genieten. Geniet onderweg van prachtige landschappen met met sneeuw bedekte bergen, lokale mensen in typische lokale klederdracht en lama's en alpaca's. Reis gemiddeld 2 uur heen en terug naar het uitkijkpunt van de Rode Vallei.
Daarna een wandeling van 30 minuten waar we ongelooflijke kleuren zullen waarderen. Dit pad zal specialer zijn omdat we mogelijk een van de weinige groepen op deze route zijn. Valle Rojo biedt een spectaculair uitzicht op het Andes-landschap, een gemiddelde afstand van 1 km, een bezoekpunt van de indrukwekkende berg van 7 kleuren. Wanneer we de top bereiken (5036 meter boven zeeniveau), hebben we wat vrije tijd om onze foto's en video's te maken, en dan beginnen we. Om terug te keren naar dezelfde plek waar ons transport op ons wacht om ons te brengen om te genieten van een welverdiende en heerlijke lunch. Daarna nemen we ons vervoer om terug te keren naar Cusco (aankomst tussen 16.30 en 17.00 uur). We eindigen bij hun respectievelijke hotels.

Overall, the tour was decent, but there were several areas where I feel improvements are needed. First, I would recommend advising future participants to prepare for a significant amount of walking. It would also be helpful to clarify that lunch is buffet-style and held at the same location as breakfast; I personally was not a fan of the food. Additionally, guests should be reminded to bring a hat and gloves, as the weather is quite cold. Regarding photos, while the guide took pictures of the participants on the ATVs and during the journey, these were never sent to us. This was very disappointing as I missed out on those memories, so I would suggest that others take their own photos just in case. Lastly, I was unhappy with the transportation. The tour was advertised as including hotel pick-up and drop-off; however, we were dropped off at the Plaza de Armas instead of our hotel and had to find our own way back.

This experience was fantastic! It’s a bumpy ride along the way, but definitely worth it. Be prepared to get dirty! Samuel was amazing. He made the hike enjoyable and really fun!
An amazing experience from start to finish. The hotel pickup was exactly on time as promised, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the day. The ATV ride was fantastic—lots of fun, exciting, and a great way to enjoy the spectacular scenery. The breakfast and lunch provided were both very good and exceeded expectations. Rainbow Mountain and Red Valley are absolutely stunning, and this tour made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The tour is amazing, the best tour I’ve made in Peru. The guide is also amazing, always aware of how you are feeling and interested in your well-being. Definitely recommend!
The ATV’s are high quality and fun to ride. They let you drive around to get a feel for the ATV before starting the drive up the mountain. This takes off all hiking to Rainbow Mountain besides the last mile and you can take your time doing this walk. It’s dusty so prepare for that and bring a mask.
This tour was a fun experience overall. Our guide was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable throughout the day. The breakfast and lunch were decent, but if you have picky eaters, I would recommend bringing some snacks. The ATVs were easy to operate and worked well for the terrain. I would suggest drivers be at least 15 years old, as younger children may not be comfortable handling them. There are no guardrails, or safety measures along the road. One thing to be aware of is that the ATV ride does not take you all the way to Rainbow Mountain. You go through Red Valley. There is still a significant hike after leaving the ATVs, so be prepared for that portion of the journey. Also, the altitude is no joke. Take time to acclimate if possible, and consider bringing any recommended medications or using coca leaves to help with the effects. Despite the challenges of the altitude, we had a great time and are glad we did it. The views are absolutely breathtaking and made the experience well worth it.

I was beyond nervous to do this tour because of the altitude. But José the tour guide was so accommodating and funny that all of that nervousness disappeared! The tour was very well organized, and Jose messaged us the day before with things to make sure we pack. I also needed to be dropped off directly at the airport and that was not a problem coordinating. Jose had a lot of personality and made everyone feel very welcome. He was also very aware of people in their different abilities, especially with the altitude. I would 100% recommend this tour to anyone else seeking to explore rainbow Mountain in the red valley on ATVs! Also a major bonus was Jose took photos of us on the ATVs and sent them to us promptly after via WhatsApp. Fun surprise!
You leave pretty early by the time everyone was picked up was about 4.30am. There’s a stop for breakfast and then back to the same place for lunch later. The ATVs were a very enjoyable way of doing rainbow mountain, there is a small hike after that and you’re in the Red Valley. They also had the option to take a horse if you wanted. It’s just another small uphill walk until you’re on rainbow mountain where you have plenty of time to take pictures before coming back. It’s a long day getting back to Cusco about 4.30pm. The guide and driver we had were very enthusiastic and made the day really enjoyable!
One of the best tours I've ever had; the scenery is just gorgeous, and the tour guide (Samuel) was super kind and helpful from start to finish. The early wake-up is worth it every time to be one of the first groups at the mountain. Bring your gear ready, as you'll need it for being so early in the morning. The breakfast and lunch were good, in a nice place with an Alpaca pet at their door. The ATVs worked great, and the journey to the top is spectacular. The altitude was not a problem at all for any of the people in my group; we just went at different paces but made it to the top with no major problem. The driver was good, which is needed as the streets get narrow and turn into dirt roads, so I understand if some people have complained about drivers going too fast or dangerously, but it's a gamble as we can't choose the driver and there are so many tours going every day. Overall, I recommend doing this trip on a heartbeat as an incredible and enjoyable experience all around. Going with family, friends, or solo, it will be something that you will never forget.
