Ophaallocaties en -tijden
Ophalen is beschikbaar voor alle hotels in het gebied van Phuket. Ophalen is gepland voor 30 minuten voor vertrek. De touroperator zal de exacte ophaaltijd bevestigen via e-mail. Vergeet niet om uw e-mail opnieuw te controleren. Plan om de chauffeur ten minste 10 minuten voor de geplande tijd in de lobby van uw hotel te ontmoeten. U kunt worden beschouwd als een no-show als u meer dan 10 minuten te laat arriveert of nadat de auto is vertrokken vanaf uw hotel.

- Het kind moet 4 jaar of ouder zijn en onder toezicht staan van ouders/voogden, reisleiders/instructeurs of touroperators. Ze mogen niet rijden.
- Bestuurders moeten fysiek en mentaal in goede conditie zijn om de veiligheid te garanderen. Bestuurders moeten minimaal 16 jaar oud zijn.
- Volg tijdens de tour strikt de gids/instructeur. De touroperator heeft de bevoegdheid om riskant rijden of onaangenaam gedrag te stoppen zonder restitutie.
- In het zeldzame geval dat wij een tour moeten annuleren, informeren wij u hierover vooraf en bieden wij u een andere tourdatum, een alternatieve tour of een volledige terugbetaling aan.
- Personen die in het afgelopen jaar blessures aan hun rug, heupen, benen, knieën of voeten hebben gehad, mogen niet deelnemen.
- Personen met hoge bloeddruk, astma of aangeboren aandoeningen mogen niet deelnemen.

Fun day out with the family. Trails did not feel too scary for beginners and the two guys guiding us were very friendly and professional. 90 minutes was a long time, so we might just do one hour next time as it was very hot when we started at 10am and finished at 11.30am.

Very nice quad bike ride with nice views of patong and Karon. To do in the morning or end of the day to avoid heavy heat. The welcome was on top 👍

We had a very fun time!! The instructor were good and helpful as it was our first time driving ATV. We took the one hour long ride and it was quite far actually so very happy with the length!

I paid full price for 3ATV with passenger but genuinely made mistake of not declaring the 3rd passenger. They didn’t allow the paid passenger to accompany because it wasn’t declared even tho the price was included in the booking.

However, according to our records, your booking was made for 3 drivers (ATV for 3 persons), but you arrived with 4 people. Unfortunately, the 3rd passenger was not declared in the booking and the reservation was not updated in advance. For safety and insurance purposes, all participants — including passengers — must be declared and included in the confirmed booking. Since the additional person was not registered, we were unable to allow them to join the ride at that time. This is a must-do in Phuket! The operators are so much fun and really go out of their way to make sure everyone has a good time - they take great photos too! We were a big group of 10 and everyone had a great time. The views at the top of the mountain are breathtaking. We did the 90 min adventure and it was the perfect length gave me time to get comfortable on the ATV with plenty of time still on the tour.
