Guide was excellent, professional and very friendly.
Honestly we went with our toddler save your money dont do it its hot and musty I saw an accident infront of me and the family were not notified right away. The prices at the beach were astronomical 40 dollars for a ceviche and then the charge you 25% if you use cc the road was dirty with that amount of revenue you would think they would TRY TO KEEP THE ROAD TO THE BEACH CLEAN but nope its a dump and its sad. Honestly As a travel advisor I would NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. The tour guide were pushy as hell, very dirty and smelly

The organization was the main negative point. We had to wait 15min for the driver it was not shocking it is cultural, fortunately our driver Andy was very kind, professional and welcoming. Then upon our arrival, we had to wait another 45 min before departure. We were very disappointed Regarding the photos, we had indicated that we did not wish to take any. Despite this, photos were taken without our knowledge during the activity. At the end of the excursion, we were offered to buy these photos, and even after our refusal, we felt a lot of pressure with a lower price offer. I did not appreciate this approach, because our choice was not really respected. The buggy experience was interesting, but the vehicles seemed very old and their control was sometimes difficult. The steering wheel was not well aligned, especially in turns, which made driving less pleasant. Furthermore, we had to follow the group at a rather slow pace, without the possibility of accelerating or fully enjoying the adventure and adrenaline aspect that we were looking for (mainly why we did it). The visit to the house with local products was more oriented towards presentation and sales, which did not really correspond to my interests, even if it was part of the announced program. The strong points remain: Macao Beach is magnificent, a real favorite, and I highly recommend it. I would have simply liked to have more time to enjoy this exceptional place. (This time, the schedule was followed according to the program.) The cenote was also very beautiful, but there were way too many people. At least four groups were present at the same time, which prevented us from fully enjoying the place and its natural side. In the end, an excursion that allows you to discover beautiful places, but the organization, the waiting, the photo management, and the lack of time at certain sites diminished the quality of the experience. I would give it 3 stars.

Le temps d'attente avant le départ est parfois nécessaire afin de regrouper tous les participants provenant de différents hôtels. Cette information est communiquée à l'avance et nous faisons toujours notre maximum pour partir dans les meilleurs délais. Concernant les photos, notre photographe prend des clichés de tous les participants pendant l'activité afin de leur laisser le choix de les acheter ou non à la fin. Il n'y a aucune obligation d'achat, et si vous avez ressenti une quelconque insistance, nous le regrettons, mais cela ne correspond pas à notre politique. Nos buggys sont entretenus quotidiennement et inspectés avant chaque départ. Il est normal que la vitesse soit contrôlée, car il s'agit d'une excursion guidée où la sécurité de tous les participants est notre priorité absolue. Ce n'est pas une course ni une activité de conduite libre. La visite de la maison dominicaine fait partie intégrante de l'expérience culturelle décrite dans notre programme avant la réservation. Les dégustations de café, cacao, chocolat et mamajuana sont proposées sans obligation d'achat. Enfin, nous sommes heureux que vous ayez apprécié la plage de Macao et le cénote, deux des plus beaux sites naturels de la région. L'affluence au cénote dépend du nombre de visiteurs présents ce jour-là et n'est malheureusement pas entièrement sous notre contrôle. Nous respectons tous les avis, mais il est important que ceux-ci reflètent objectivement l'expérience proposée et les informations communiquées avant la réservation.
