Na de ontmoeting bij de afgesproken opstapplaats in Bakoe om 10.00 uur, begint de tour met een rit van 30 minuten naar het Absheron schiereiland, waarbij u zich door de evoluerende landschappen beweegt die de hoofdstad verbinden met een van de historisch belangrijkste vuurplaatsen van de regio. De reis leidt rechtstreeks naar de Ateshgah-Vuurtempel, waar gasten ongeveer 1 uur doorbrengen met het verkennen van het 17e-eeuwse complex dat is gebouwd bovenop aardgasbronnen die ooit Zoroastrische, Hindoeïstische en Sikh-pelgrims begeleidden. Het bezoek schetst de architectonische diepte van de tempel, het belang van de handelsroute en de culturele rituelen gevormd door de altijd brandende vlammen.
De tour gaat verder met een 30 - 40 minuten durende rit naar Yanar Dag, de beroemde Burning Mountain die wordt gevoed door aardgas dat door zandsteenlagen stijgt. Gasten brengen ongeveer 40 minuten door op deze open vuurplaats terwijl de Gids de geologische processen en culturele symboliek uitlegt die Azerbeidzjan zijn titel als het “land van vuur” hebben opgeleverd. De gestage natuurlijke vlam creëert een opvallende achtergrond voor foto's en verhalen over Absheron's zeldzame vuurverschijnselen.
Na Yanar Dag keert de route terug richting Bakoe op 30 minuten rijden naar het Heydar Aliyev Cultural Center voor een bezoek aan de buitenkant. Gasten besteden 30 minuten aan het fotograferen van de vloeiende architectuur, wandelen over het uitgestrekte terrein en het bekijken van het omliggende moderne landschap met het nabijgelegen Convention Center. De halte benadrukt het contrast tussen het oude vuurerfgoed en de eigentijdse designidentiteit van Bakoe. De tour wordt afgesloten met een soepele transfer naar het hotel of geselecteerde drop-off punt in het centrum van Bakoe, het voltooien van een vier uur durende reis langs de kenmerkende brand bezienswaardigheden en architectonische iconen van het Absheron schiereiland.

We had a wonderful tour. Our tour guide, Aga, was friendly and knowledgeable. We had our 8 month old baby with and and he was also so good with her. The car was comfortable and they provided a baby seat. Would 100% reccomend this tour. The sights were interesting and we learnt a lot about Baku and Azerbaijan.

It was a amazing trip i every had with VLA Mr Aga and Mr Fuad help in everything They were available all the time and at midnight also they were just a call away (though such possibility didnt happen) . We were stuck in Gabala snow , they have arranged everything for us . Mr Aga came to is at fire temple and explained all history Aga helped to arrange cake at midnight for my wife since it was her birthday Must visit place with soo much of history .
