Great experience. Wonderful tour of a real Peruvian market (not a grocery store!) and great cooking class. Great time had by all (group of ten).
The San Camilo Market tour was very cool. The cooking class was fun but I would like to have had more explanation about the why and cultural influences in addition to just instruction. At the beginning of the tour, it was clear the guide’s first job was to sell us more which I did not appreciate. I don’t mind them telling us they offer a range of tours and they’ll be happy to tell us more if we want. But to go one-by-one through every activity in Arequipa is a bit much.
Well the service was very good, we had a good time in famikia, the very dynamic and entertaining chef, we really liked everything, highly recommended.
It was a very nice and interesting tour, I highly recommend it, my family and I had an excellent time and the food was exquisite. 👌
