Met een oppervlakte van 10.000 hectare is dit natuurreservaat de thuisbasis van de Big 5 en biedt begeleide game drives waar je diverse wilde dieren in hun natuurlijke habitat kunt spotten. Ophalen bij geselecteerde hotels binnen 10 km van het stadscentrum van Kaapstad begint om ongeveer 8.00 uur
Zodra iedereen aan boord is, vertrekken we langs de pittoreske N1-snelweg van Zuid-Afrika, door charmante stadjes en de prachtige Kaapse Wijnlanden. Onderweg zie je Stellenbosch, Paarl en Worcester, bekend om de productie van enkele van 's werelds beste tafeldruiven. De reis biedt adembenemende uitzichten op bergketens.
Bij aankomst in het reservaat pauzeren we voor een pauze van 25 minuten om uw benen te strekken. Daarna begint u aan een spannende 2 tot 3 uur durende begeleide game drive, waarbij u ongeveer de helft van het uitgestrekte terrein van het reservaat verkent. Je hebt de mogelijkheid om een scala aan dieren in hun natuurlijke habitat te spotten, gevolgd door een overheerlijke lunchbuffet. Neem na de rit de tijd om te ontspannen – zwemmen, zonnebaden of gewoon genieten in de rustige omgeving voordat we u veilig terugbrengen naar uw accommodatie.

The Aquila Safari Tour was honestly one of the best experiences my family and I have had in Cape Town! Great experience from the pickup all the way to aquila game reserve about two and half hours we have learned so much history as well as having breakfast upon our arrival then a great safari tour in those safari jeep... We were able to see all the big five animal from lion , elephant, leopard, and many more... David was knowledgeable and fun...
