Showed them multiple times our booking they got on the phone trying to confirm waited 30 minutes and ended up taking another ride since they could not get us a ride to our resort. They rejected our refund even though they did not provide the ride. This is the first time we have ever had any issue with a Viator booking or an airport transfer booking. I would not use this one!!

Your reservation was for a shared airport transfer, not a private service which you wanted. Please be reminded that the delay at our airport desk was due to our staff clarifying and reconfirming your transfer type multiple times to avoid any misunderstanding. We did pay for your shared transfer to your hotel, well within the typical timeframe for such services. Out of goodwill, and although it was not included in your booking, we provided you with a private transfer on your departure as a courtesy. We regret that you felt the need to leave a negative review despite our efforts to accommodate you beyond what was required. We remain committed to providing reliable and transparent service and encourage all guests to carefully review their booking type and terms when making a reservation.
We arrived at airport and nobody was waiting for us. We did find the booth and the ladies where very nice. Gave the ticket to one driver we got into a van ( nothing exceptional but clean) after wandering around behind him with our luggage. Started driving out and luckily he rolled down the window and we heard him tell another person he was going to Sandals. WE informed him he was not going to Sandals but Curtain bluff which was on the ticket. At which time he left us sitting in van talked to someone and then we where told to get out of the van because he was not taking us. and where told to get into another Van with another couple going to yet another resort. The Van was shabby old, we paid $245.62 for round trip transport and it was to be private or that was the assumption we made. We ended up cancelling our return trip to airport because the driver was complaining the whole way about other drivers, not being able to see because of the sun etc. So we paid $245.62 for one way non private trip. Would never use this company again. We are seasoned travellers and this was the worst experience we had with airport transfers. Don't believe the pictures you see on the computer because that is not what you are getting.
We sincerely apologize for the experience you had with our airport transfer service. However, kindly note that you had booked a shared transfer (not a private) which will result in 30 mins max wait for other parties to join the transfer. Also, the vehicle used for your transfer is certified to do airport transfers by the Airport Authority. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide, and we regret any inconvenience caused during your trip.
Talk about awesome people. From the time we found the checkin desk to our delivery to our resort, excellent! Shak, our driver was the best!

They did not pick me up for the return to the airport. I was at the pickup spot early and they did not show up. I forced to pay for another taxi to take me to the airport.
Very good ride.. all the drivers were professional and car was clean. They were mini tour guide so they explained everything about the island.
Getting to the hotel was great but while I was leaving the hotel to get my plane that was the problem. The driver was not there and they did not schedule a driver . I was eventually transported to the airport from another company
Second trip to Antigua and used Alexander Parish for airport shuttle once again. Very friendly staff working at the airport who located my details and confirmed my transfer. The bus driver was friendly and knowledgeable when asked questions about Antigua, this made the journey to the hotel more relaxable and stress free. Bumpy ride, but not much you can do but enjoy the lush views of Antigua. AP were very accommodating on the return journey to allow last minute changes to include additional pick-up, thank you
<p>This trip was 4X more expensive then catching a cab from the airport! My sister and 3 friends took a cab the following day and spent 31 split between the 4 of them!. The driver wasn't the issue!</p>
<p>Prompt pick up on time. Gregory our driver was informative and very personable.</p>
<p>The transfers were timely and the drivers and representative we had were great. Only complaint was that it took us a while to find the representative after getting off the plane and there was some confusion as they don't have a booth like the other companies and no one we asked had heard of Viator. But it all worked out and we will use then for our next trip</p>
