Cuscun is een kookschool en een touroperator en richt zich op authentieke ervaringen in Antigua Guatemala, Jocotenango. Bij ons kunt u meer te weten komen over Guatemalteeks eten, cultuur, tradities en het dagelijks leven. We bieden op maat gemaakte kooklessen, avondrondleidingen voor het eten en off-the-grid tours rond de stad Antigua. Bij ons proef je de ware en traditionele smaken van Guatemala. Wij zijn locals. We ondersteunen de lokale bevolking. We houden van wat we doen. Onze missie is om onze passie door te geven aan onze gasten en hen een deel van onze Guatemalteekse familie te laten voelen.

Dario was such a fun chef for our class. Heidi a Belena were so sweet and helpful. The food was delicious. So worth it.
Amazing food, hosts, location and above all the food! Learnt a lot about Guatemalan cooking , everyone was super helpful. The location was on a terrance with gorgeous views and we cooked on real fire and earthen vessels. Highly recommend. One of the best food in Antigua
Very hands on! The chef is funny and really tries to get to know everyone! You make an appetizer, a soup, a meal, and a dessert.

This experience was definitely one of the highlights of my trip and probably the best meal I had. Dario and Victor were fantastic, personable and so knowledgeable. I ended up having a solo class because others dropped out last minute but I highly recommend! Thank you Dario and Victor! And a special shoutout to my driver Ronny for getting me to and from the class safely.
I've done cooking classes in countries all around the world, and this is one I wish we'd skipped. There were no recipes provided for anything- we were given basic instructions and small tasks in a very chaotic environment. My husband and I both said we didn't learn to cook anything. The wine was terrible. The food was just okay. We enjoyed the staff- they were friendly and fun, but we had much better food at much better prices all over Antigua.

So much fun, everyone was fantastic ,and I got to learn a lot.
Overall great experience! We cooked a full meal on wood burning stores on a rooftop kitchen with a beautiful view of a volcano. We had fresh vegetables, spices and chiles, rice, chicken, plantains and corn tortillas to make an appetizer, main dish and dessert. Incredible and fun. The experience passed quickly - I could have spent the whole day there!
