We beginnen deze reis met de internationale route N°7 met het imposante uitzicht op de Potrerillos Dam. Het volgende punt op de route zal Uspallata zijn; voormalige pre-Spaanse nederzetting van aboriginal Huarpe mensen en nu het huidige kopdorp van deze bergroute. Vanaf dit punt, het zuidelijkste van het Incarijk, gaan we naar de dorpen Picheuta, Polvaredas, Punta de Vacas en het voormalige skigebied Penitentes. Verder langs onze route komen we bij Puente del Inca, een unieke natuurlijke rotsformatie, omringd door thermale bronnen, die eruit ziet als een brug over de rivier Las Cuevas. Een paar kilometer verderop, gelegen op 2750 m, is de uitzichtponit van de Colossus of the Americas, die met zijn 6962 m, ontvangt bezoekers van over de hele wereld die wil de top te bereiken. Tenslotte komen we aan bij Las Cuevas villa, gelegen op 3200 m. om te lunchen en een tour te maken door een van de authentieke dorpjes van ons land. * Argentijnse passangers, vergeet niet dat u in rekening wordt gebracht in US Dollars van Viator.

We did the tour Experience Aconcagua and we were extremely satisfied. The tour itself is very beautiful, explores the mountain landscapes and introduces us to a bit of the history of Mendoza. The guide Frederico brought a lot of knowledge for the tour and the driver Diego guided us safely. I recommend!
