Begin uw reis in VIP Villa Namba in Osaka of de Kyoto VIP Lounge, waar de opwinding voor het avontuur van de dag toeneemt. De tour begint met een bezoek aan de Chionji-tempel, een belangrijke culturele en historische plek die bekend staat om zijn vredige sfeer en traditionele Japanse architectuur. Ga vervolgens naar Amanohashidate, een van de drie schilderachtige uitzichten van Japan, ook wel de 'Brug naar de hemel' genoemd. Geniet van een ontspannen Amanohashidate-cruise, met een uitzonderlijk uitzicht op de zandbank en het omliggende landschap. Bezoek Kasamatsu Park, waar een ritje met de kabelbaan een adembenemend panoramisch uitzicht op de baai en de zandbank biedt. Geniet tijdens de lunch van een traditionele Amanohashidate-maaltijd met lokale smaken. De Amanohashidate Chionji-tempel is een historische boeddhistische tempel vlakbij de iconische zandbank Amanohashidate. Het maakt deel uit van de Rinzai Zen-sekte en is gewijd aan Monju Bosatsu, de Bodhisattva van de Wijsheid, en staat bekend om zijn serene sfeer en prachtige traditionele architectuur. Bezoekers laten vaak ema-plaquettes achter met wensen voor wijsheid en succes.
Amanohashidate-cruiseschip De rondvaartboten van Amanohashidate varen voornamelijk tussen de "Amanohashidate Pier" en de "Ichinomiya Pier", met een reistijd van ongeveer 12 minuten. Tijdens de rit kunnen passagiers genieten van het mooie uitzicht en zelfs meeuwen voeren vanaf de boot.
Kasamatsu Park is een schilderachtig uitkijkpunt aan de noordkant van de Amanohashidate-zandbank in Japan. Het park staat bekend om zijn panoramische uitzichten op Amanohashidate, vaak beschouwd als een van de drie schilderachtige uitzichten van Japan. Bezoekers kunnen het park bereiken via de kabelbaan of stoeltjeslift en genieten van een prachtig uitzicht op de zandbank en de omgeving. Kasamatsu Park staat ook bekend om zijn 'Matanozoki'-houding, waarbij mensen vooroverbuigen en ondersteboven tussen hun benen naar het landschap kijken, waardoor de zandbank op een' brug naar de hemel lijkt.
Miyama Town Nature Cultural Village is een schilderachtig toevluchtsoord in Nantan dat bezoekers een kans biedt om de traditionele landelijke levensstijl van Japan te ervaren door middel van zijn iconische boerderijen met rieten dak en weelderige bosomgeving. De faciliteit biedt verschillende buitenactiviteiten en gezellige accommodaties, waardoor het een ideale bestemming is voor wie op zoek is naar een rustige ontsnapping naar het hart van het Japanse platteland.

- Het tourschema kan zonder voorafgaande kennisgeving worden gewijzigd als gevolg van weersomstandigheden, wegverkeersomstandigheden en andere onvoorziene redenen. (Er kunnen vertragingen optreden bij het terugbrengen naar de aangewezen locatie.) De duur van de transfers is bij benadering, de exacte duur is afhankelijk van het tijdstip van de dag en de verkeersomstandigheden.
- Zorg dat je 10 minuten voor vertrek aanwezig bent op het door jou geselecteerde verzamelpunt, aangezien je toegewezen bus & Gids gebaseerd zijn op die specifieke locatie. De Gids heeft een deelnemerslijst voor elke bus en kan mogelijk geen gasten ontvangen die op een ander verzamelpunt aankomen. Late aankomst of aankomst op de verkeerde locatie zal resulteren in het missen van de tour, en restituties worden niet uitgegeven. Als u uw verzamelpunt wilt wijzigen of niet zeker bent over het verzamelpunt, neem dan minstens 2 dagen voor vertrek contact met ons op voor assistentie.
- De bus vertrekt op tijd (geen uitzonderingen).
- In geval van late aankomst of niet op tijd op de juiste locatie aanwezig zijn, ongeacht contact voorafgaand aan de vertrektijd, wordt geen restitutie verleend. Neem 24 uur voor vertrek contact met ons op voor een nieuwe afspraak als er een mogelijkheid is van late aankomst.
- Als u niet zeker bent over de ontmoetingspunten, kunt u ons vooraf een bericht sturen voor meer informatie.
- Afhankelijk van het aantal deelnemers kan het zijn dat zowel Engelstalige als Chineessprekende gasten dezelfde bus moeten delen.
- Baby's jonger dan 3 jaar zijn gratis zonder zitplaats. Als er een zitplaats nodig is, reserveer dan onder de kinderprijs.
- De tour kan worden geannuleerd als de minimale groepsgrootte van 10 personen niet wordt bereikt. Klanten worden in dergelijke gevallen ongeveer 3 tot 4 dagen voor de vertrekdatum op de hoogte gesteld.
- Gelieve geen tijdgevoelige activiteiten te boeken, zoals restaurantreserveringen, vertrek van cruiseschepen of andere geplande verplichtingen onmiddellijk na uw tour.
- Controleer de foto op de productpagina en scan de QR-code voor de referentie van het ontmoetingspunt.
- Gelieve bij aankomst uw naam te bevestigen bij de Gids of medewerkers op de deelnemerslijst.
- Over het algemeen sturen we geen bevestigingsmails voor vertrek. Wilt u meer informatie of iets verduidelijken, neem dan contact met ons op en wij sturen u de relevante details.
- Wat bagage betreft, laten we één stuk bagage per persoon toe tijdens de excursie. Zorg er ook voor dat de bagage handelbaar is en comfortabel in ons voertuig past. Houd er ook rekening mee dat voorwerpen die in de kofferbak zijn opgeslagen niet toegankelijk zijn tussen de haltes tijdens de tour, dus houd alle waardevolle spullen bij u.
- Ons contactnummer kan buiten kantooruren (ma – vr, 9.00 – 18.00 uur JST) niet bereikbaar zijn.

Harie our tour guide was absolutely phenomenal, incredibly personable and we enjoyed having him on our trip. However, the trip itself is heavily overpriced. The seats on the bus are incredibly small and compact. If you do not eat seafood, your options are limited for lunch. It’s a lot of driving, upwards of 4+ hours total for the day. The group was also split in half, with only a few English speakers and the rest Mandarin which felt exclusive and made explanations feel separated. The sights we saw weren’t that great, I feel like the internet overhyped the appeal of the cities, and I don’t think it is personally worth your time. I would not take this trip again unfortunately. Honestly kind of surprised the trip was ranked so highly

We had a very full and long day with wonderful guide Eric today. Mixed group of international visitors, including many guests from China. All commentary was bilingual English/Mandarin, but the small multicultural group made the experience even more special. Rather long bus rides from Osaka, but the wonderful nature around all destinations certainly made the day worthwhile. Great premium lunch experience with red crab and various Japanese dishes included.

Expensive , half hour late, rush in time, museum in Miyama not included, no charge socket or usb to smartphone in the bus
The trip is well thought out. Itinerary was nice and the lunch provided was amazing. It was a sit down lunch with three course menu. The quality was excellent and we enjoyed it.

Kasamatsu Park was the highlight of this tour. The views were amazing - I didn't see the dragon though haha. Harry was a great tour guide - he was informative and was always eager to help. Kayabuki no Sato was also great to see - all the thatched roof houses and history was very interesting. Highly recommend this tour and the guide Harry!

This trip was a a great opportunity to see Japan on the ocean and country side. Views were stunning from a cable car and riverside ferry. Great food!!

Very good trip. Fair bit of bus time but worth it to get to interesting out of city experiences and venues. Bus seats were small by North American standards but otherwise fine. Our guide "Harry" did a good job. Always wish I could have spent more time at each stop but that is usual price you pay in order to get a large quantity of venues in.

There r positives and negatives on this tour. The positives .... TG Harry was xlnt! He kept us informed and went with us to the sites, offered to take our pics which we really appreciated. He was patient, spoke well in English and Japanese, gave clear instructions, allowed toilet breaks at regular intervals, gave tips on shopping and things to do in Kyoto and other places we visited along the way. The trip to AMANOHASHIDATE island is beautiful but too short (more on this below). The scenery from top of mtn is gorgeous! The lunch is totally Japanese style but changes are allowed and my partner was able to get chicken instead of seafood (crab legs and shrimp) and pork. Harry also gave option to buy abalone and oysters at an additional cost bc they're the speciality of this area. NOTE to bring cash if u want to buy these optional meal items as Harry took the money in advance on the bus and placed the order from the bus to have these optional food items ready w/ our included lunch. The negative part .... the trip to mtn village Miyama was not great, totally unnecessary and should be removed. It was a waste of 3hrs. It took 1-1/2hrs to drive to Miyama from AMANOHASHIDATE and we spent another hour there. We would rather have returned to Kyoto directly after Amanohashidate island. Others in our group also thought the village was NOT exciting and NOT worth making the trip. This is the reason for giving it 3 stars, without the time wasted going to the boring village Miyama it would have been a rating of 5 stars. --> Our recommendation to Viator is to (1) tell the tour operators to make a separate trip ONLY to Amanohashidate island and back to Kyoto without Miyama, (2) to offer morning and afternoon departure times from Kyoto as we have seen on other 1/2 day trips, and (3) to add more time on top of the mtn in Amanohashidate. We would rather have had more time on top of the mtn in Amanohashidate to enjoy the views, we just got 15 mins on top which is the biggest highlight of the trip and instead we spent 3 hrs going to the village which is a total waste of time! V poorly planned trip, not enf time on the scenic part and too much time in a useless village with nothing to do there!! There we cannot recommend this trip. If we had known how boring the village part is we would not have taken this tour so hoping it helps others. Thank u in advance for listening.
