I rarely write reviews, but for this agency I truly feel the need to do so. We chose this agency for our trip to Egypt, which included Cairo, the Pyramids, the Egyptian Museum, and a Nile cruise, and I can honestly say that everything was organized perfectly. It was an extraordinary experience in every respect. We did a private tour with my family, and my father and mother, both 85 years old, were traveling with us. This could have been challenging, but instead it became one of the aspects where the agency truly stood out. Everyone was incredibly attentive and thoughtful, always making sure my parents were not overly tired. They were constantly available to assist them with kindness and discretion. When my parents did not feel like visiting the monuments, someone from the organization stayed with them without ever making them feel like a burden. The guides we had were outstanding: highly professional, extremely knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate. They were able to convey the richness and depth of Egyptian history in a clear and engaging way. We did encounter a few minor issues during the tour, but they were resolved immediately. In this regard, I must especially mention Amado, our main contact person. He went above and beyond to accommodate us in every possible way, always finding quick and effective solutions and showing a level of dedication that is truly rare. I wholeheartedly recommend this agency, without any hesitation. This is not just about excellent organization and professionalism, but about truly special people who work with care, humanity, and a good heart. Anyone can rely on them with complete confidence, and I say this from the bottom of my heart.

We did 8 days historical tour starting from Cairo Aswan Luxor and Alexandria. Its all inclusive tour. It was wonderful experience for all of us including kids. All enjoyed all the places we visited. Tour was well planned by Ahmed and included everything we need to know. As we are vegetarian Ahmed and his team took care of our food requirement at every place. Overall I will say its best guided tour and even kids enjoyed the tour.

No trip to Egypt is complete with visiting the amazing Luxor. I was looked after so well by Mr Ahmed and my guide Shaimaa. Having a driver and guide was hassle free terrific experience. The people and food were wonderful l. Highly recommend the Nile sailing trip at sunset.

Amazing visit to Luxor to see temples and tombs. Our tour guides were excellent and made sure we were comfortable in the heat and were safe. Every meal was delicious and the hotel was very nice. We added a hot air balloon ride and it was a wonderful experience. This was a great tour!!
