All-inclusive Bali Downhill fietstocht met vulkaanbezoek

Fabulous!Great ride (who doesn't like 17km downhill?! )The bikes were fairly new and in good condition, unlike some other tours we have been on. We loved both breakfast and lunch. There were six different stops,which were interesting and informative. But what made the tour so enjoyable was our guide, Dewa.He was so friendly and knowledgeable and gave us many insights into Balinese culture and life in general .A big thumbs up from all of us 👍👍👍

Kadek and his team were absolutely amazing! We had the most incredible bike tour through beautiful scenic areas, traditional villages and stunning temples. Lunch was delicious, and Kadek was an amazing guide who gave us such a fascinating insight into local life, culture and traditions. His knowledge and passion really made the experience so special. We made some truly precious memories and, after many years of travelling, this has honestly been one of the best trips we have ever done. Thank you, Kadek, for giving us the opportunity to experience Bali in such a wonderful way and for helping us create memories that we will treasure forever. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This was a definite highlight of our trip to Bali ! We were picked up at 7 from the hotel , the drive to UBud was lovely giving us a greater sense of the island. We started our day with a lovely breakfast in local restaurant, the visit to the tea/coffee plantation and sample was fun. The bike tour was wonderful mostly downhill so easy cycling Sundana waa a lovely guide. Visiting the temple and getting the local traditions waa great . The visit to a family compound was so nice any everyone so welcoming . Seeing the rice fields and cycling through local villages was very special. Plus we say the vocano and lake. At the end we had a lovely meal back at the same restaurant, savouring Indonesian dishes and desserts. I would highly recommend this excursion. At the end we were dropped back to our hotel in Canggu

High recommended! We booked this tour last minute and it exceeded all our expectations. The guide was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and spoke excellent English. The pick-up was right on time, and the vehicle was clean and air-conditioned. We felt safe and well taken care of throughout the entire trip. If you are debating whether to book this, just do it! Worth every penny.

I can’t recommend this experience enough. My girlfriend and I both enjoyed riding downhill through the traditional farms as well as visiting a traditional Balinese compound and temple. We both learned a lot about what is grown in the area as well as how the locals live and practice their religion. We spent approximately two hours riding down decent roads with moderate traffic but were not frightened at any point. Wear a long sleeved shirt or good sunscreen!! The tour usually begins with a visit to a coffee tasting plantation, however as my girlfriend and I had already visited this location we opted to spend more time cycling and exploring. The cycling itself was not physically strenuous, however, there is the option to extend the cycling at the end which would take you up quite a steep hill. There is no shame if you need to walk it up the hill! Overall this is an excellent experience for those staying in Ubud and looking for a taste of the more traditional Balinese lifestyle. Outside of the major cities and more connected with nature.

Fantastic Day. Was picked up by Kadek promptly at our hotel lobby early in the morning in Sanur. Pleasant drive up to Ubud for breakfast at a local Warung, their we were meet by another Kadek (which we learnt is the traditional name usually given to the 2nd born in a family) . After breakfast we made a stop at an Organic Coffee plantation and sample a plethora of Teas and Coffee. After this it was of to the lake/volcano lookout and the ride started to far from there and good quality newish bikes (Polygon). It was gentle downhill all the way mostly on back streets. The sag wagon was never far behind, re assuring but never needed. We stopped at Rice Fields, Temples and a the residence of a Balinese family. Kadek was most informative of not only the the places visited but also the Balinese way of life and he was always attentive of our saftey. Once complete we were once again I strongly recommend this tour group If you want a small group (it was just My wife and I on this occasion) and personal attention.

The cycling experience was AMAZING! The pick up from our villa was super helpful. Our breakfast was wonderful and authentic with an awesome view…we also had lunch there as our tour ended. Cycling through neighborhoods, rice fields, visiting real homes/compounds was an opportunity I felt blessed to be a participant of. This is a great way to see off the beaten paths of beautiful Bali…and our tour guide was simply wonderful. Without hesitation, I would recommend this tour to all friends and family, I would even take this tour again. 10/10 experience!

This was an awesome day. From our hotel pick up to our return it was seamless. Kadek our driver was on time and we left Legian area at 7:30 am arrived at the meeting spot, a small restaurant close to Ubud around 9. Our guide met us there, his name was Kadek also. He told us about our days itinerary. Then after a small breakfast we continued onto a coffee plantation and were given a tour and tasting of about 12 different types/styles of coffee. They were all surprisingly delicious and we all enjoyed the experience. Purchased a couple of samples and then back into the van and up to a Kintamani viewpoint. A few photos and then we drove another 5-10 minutes arriving at our start point. A quick run through of the bikes, brakes and gears and we were off. Kadek and Putu (tail guide) began along a quiet road, all downhill and easy. Kadek, the driver and the bike truck also followed as support vehicles and even took one of our kids for a short leg while he regrouped and took a break. We encountered very little traffic (mainly scooters and local villagers) as we descended through fields of vegetables (cabbage, chilies, oranges and marigold flowers). Very nice indeed. We took a few short breaks for water and also to see a local temple and a traditional house complex. Played with the dogs and kittens. The kids were loving it. Then as we dropped into lower elevations the rice paddies began. It was amazingly beautiful, with palm fringed paddies and more easy downhill trails. We eventually popped out onto the road again and had to climb a short hill. Only 3 hills on the entire ride and this was the largest, maybe 250 meters and completely manageable. From this point we were on a busier road but still very minimal compared to any main roads in the area. We were still cruising downhill right to the end point. Then back into the van, back to the starting restaurant for lunch, Nasi campur and ice cream or fruit for dessert. I ate 3 plates (finished the kids plates), it was great. At this point we said goodbye to the guides Kadek and Putu, jumped back in the bus and headed back to Legian. Most of us slept on the way home. Arrived back at 4:30, it was a full day but honestly one of the best experiences we could’ve asked for. Very fun and a glimpse into true Balinese life. So worth it and completely manageable to people without a tonne of biking experience. Thanks to both Kadeks and Putu. You guys made it a wonderful day. Terima Kasih.
