Eerst brengen we een bezoek aan het Generalife, we lopen rond door het paleis en de tuinen en we bekijken het zwaartekrachtirrigatiesysteem van het Alhambra. Tegenwoordig is het irrigatiesysteem hersteld en wordt het gebruikt om de schoonheid en het groen van de tuinen van het Alhambra te behouden.
Na een bezoek aan het Generalife komen we aan bij de Medina. Het Alhambra Medina is een oude versterkte stad die zich bevindt binnen de muren van het Alhambra in Granada, Spanje. Het werd gebouwd in het Nasrid-tijdperk en werd gebruikt als residentie voor de rechtslieden en adelen. Tijdens een wandeling door de smalle straatjes van de Medina kunnen bezoekers een idee krijgen van hoe het dagelijks leven was in de middeleeuwen. Op dit punt bezoeken we ook de gratis toegankelijke bezienswaardigheden: Parador, het paleis van Charles V en Santa Maria de la Alhambra.
De derde bestemming is het Alcazaba. Het Alcazaba is een van de oudste gebouwen in het Alhambra en is een militair fort
We eindigen het bezoek met de bezienswaardigheden die u niet mag missen: de Nasrid-paleizen. Dit complex omvat de paleizen van Comares, Mexuar en los Leones

This is was a great experience. The travel guide was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend this tour but make sure it is the last tour because it probably the best one out of all of the Andalusia sites and landmarks.
Andrea was our guide, absolutely fantastic. She gave us an in-depth history of the Alambra and palaces. She is so passionate about this beautiful Unesco site - it was contagious! Great tour guide. Very knowledgeable and made the tour very interesting. Really Enjoyed the afternoon. Very accommodating and would recommend this tour company. The meeting place was at the main entrance. We walked and gps had us go up the back entrance, so we did have a bit of trouble Finding the location, but everyone was very helpful in providing directions to the main gate.
Be prepared for plenty of walking, and trust me—it's worth every step. Bring a refillable water bottle, as fountains are conveniently located throughout the grounds, making it easy to stay hydrated while exploring this vast and breathtaking site. Our guide, Arturo, truly elevated the experience. His exceptional knowledge brought the Alhambra to life, weaving together the rich histories, diverse cultures, and fascinating stories hidden within its walls. Rather than simply pointing out architectural details, he transported us through centuries of intrigue, conquest, and artistic achievement, deepening our appreciation for this magnificent masterpiece. This was a 3-hour walk within the Alhambra with a super knowledgeable guide (Georgia) who brought this incredible monument to life! Book well in advance, take water, and wear comfortable shoes— prepare to be awed by the beauty of the palaces, the views from the Alcazar, and the verdant Generalife gardens. The Alhambra is incredible and there is always more to ponder and marvel at. Take your time here.
