Great way to learn about Alexandria. Liaising with the tour company was easy. I did the tour on a Friday so the library was closed (I knew this) and it meant that there was less traffic. My driver Walid was lovely & showed me sites as we drive to Alexandria. We then met my guide, Sheri and she was so knowledgeable and gave a detailed history about each site. Good amount of time at each site and some free time. All up the tour was a little shorter due to less traffic and closed library, but that suited me well.

We booked the all inclusive experience We had an amazing day with Reem in Alexandria. She was kind and very knowledgeable and you could tell she was very happy proud and really loved Egyptian culture especially Alexandria. She was accommodating with our requests and patient. Always offering to help us with pictures and where it would look better. She even bought us a few Egyptian snacks for us to try and leave with a nice memory. Our driver walid was very helpful and treats with some much kindness and patience. From putting a scarf in the window for the sun so we could be comfortable, buying us mangos in a market to his absolute experience driving the busy streets he made us feel safe . Thank you both!! The lunch offer by the your company was alright .the fish was tasty but the portion was quite small, one small salad for 3 adults and it did not included any drinks.

Decent tour. Felt a little rushed in each place we visited.

A blessed day, good driver who drove through the traffic relaxed, our guide in Alexandria (REEM) a sweet woman with quite a bit of knowledge of history, she made everything even more beautiful, thank you REEM you are amazing, wonderful tour through the city.

The tour was good in general. The agency was punctual and delivered what it offered. Breaking down the review: The driver Dimir (spelling?) was excellent. From the start, he was very cool, cheerful, and had an attitude that made the trip much more pleasant. Despite not speaking Spanish, he always looked for a way to communicate and created a very good atmosphere throughout the entire journey. It was clear that he was willing to help and make the trip comfortable. Without a doubt, it was the best part of the experience. Our guide Gamal, for his part, did what was expected in Alexandria and took us to the included locations, but I felt he lacked a bit more initiative and enthusiasm. Even during the trip there and back, he was asleep in the car. On a tour of this type, I think the guide can contribute much more to the experience. In general, for the price, I think it's a good option if you are looking for a private tour, especially because the agency was punctual and fulfilled what was contracted. And if you are lucky enough to have Dimir as a driver, it definitely adds a lot to the experience.

Alexandria is great, learning about the mosque, the library was fun. We had a private driver and guide which was great ! Everyone was so kind!

We took a day trip from Cairo to Alexandria and really enjoyed it. Walked our driver was very good and helpful. He arrived 15 minutes early. The car was quite new, clean and had really good AC, the journey was smooth. We paid $50 for 2 people, so this was excellent value for money.
