Ontdek de verborgen schatten van kochi met een authentieke dienstverlener. Tijdens de tour verken je kochi (Fortkochi / Mattanchery) in een "Auto-Rickshaw" (TukTuk Ferari) met de hulp van lokaal geboren tuk tuk chauffeurs van kochi, die de echte experts van de omgeving zijn, die je zullen helpen meer te leren over het echte leven van de lokale bevolking. Kochi was de eerste Europese kolonie in India en er zijn bijna 30 verschillende gemeenschappen en 16 verschillende talen in de regio. Tijdens deze tour zal onze groep lokale experts u helpen enkele van hen te ervaren en ook andere belangrijke bezienswaardigheden zoals Chinese visnetten, St Francis kerk, Nederlands paleis, Joodse synagoge, Jain en Balaji tempels enz. We zullen ook enkele verborgen juweeltjes bezoeken zoals Dhobhi Khana (lokale wasserij), Ginger Ware House (verpakken / drogen van kruiden), en coöperaties van sommige vrouwen (Pappadam maken, kaars maken, inscents maken etc.) om het leven van mensen te ervaren. A superb tuk tuk ride through Cochin with a very knowledgeable guide, Thouseef, who will not only guide you through many local foods and drinks on offer but will also tell you more about the history and culture and the different areas of town. Do not miss this, it is a super experience and I was offered so much food I really couldn’t finish it all!
