Foodtours zijn geconcentreerd in één wijk waar we tussen elke halte wandelen. In totaal zijn we ongeveer 45 tot 60 minuten te voet bezig. De tour duurt ongeveer vier uur en we zorgen ervoor dat het eten en het bier blijven komen om ervoor te zorgen dat je blij en vol naar huis gaat. The food and coffee tour was absolutely AMAZING! I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of my tour. And my tour guide, Oli, played a major role! I found Oli to be full of information, "all things Ethiopia", so much so, I literally hurried back to my hotel room to record all that I had learned. I was taught and participated in the process of making injera. And learned that I will not be getting married anytime soon! You will understand when you attend. :) I was taught and participated in the process of the coffee ceremony which I found to be a beautiful way of bringing community together. We then went to two restaurants and ate and drank until we couldn't. Both restaurants were amazing. The first one was owned by a woman who happened to be there AND greeted and welcomed me which I thought was very kind of her. So, needless to say, I would most definitely recommend this tour. I've already booked my city tour with Oli on tomorrow, can't wait!
