- Afhankelijk van de grootte van de menigte, het weer en het tijdstip van zonsondergang, zullen de start-/eindtijden van de luau het hele jaar door variëren.
- De luau is een outdoor activiteit. Dresscode is aloha casual, en hoed, zonnebrandcrème en zonnebril worden sterk aanbevolen.
- Baby's en peuters (0 - 5 jaar) zijn gratis, maar moeten worden opgenomen in het aantal personen op uw boeking als ze een stoel / booster / kinderstoel nodig hebben.
- Tafels bieden plaats aan maximaal 12 stoelen. Grotere partijen worden verdeeld over aangrenzende tafels.
- Gelieve de luau vooraf te verwittigen indien u een hulphond meebrengt.
- Gasten die hulp nodig hebben bij het luauterrein dienen dit verzoek te doen bij de belbalie.
- Voor de veiligheid van onze cast is geen flitsfotografie of videografie toegestaan.

We attended this luau during our two-week trip to the Big Island and Maui. While I'm glad we experienced it once, it's not something I would personally do again. That said, I do think it's something everyone should experience at least once if they're visiting Hawaii. The pre-show activities were fun and interactive, and the cultural performances were entertaining, informative, and well done. You can tell the performers put a lot of effort into sharing Hawaiian traditions and history. The food, however, was the biggest disappointment. On a scale of 1 to 10, I'd give it about a 3. There wasn't much that stood out, and it definitely wasn't a highlight of the evening. We purchased standard seating, and unfortunately our view of the stage was very limited. Since we couldn't see much from our table, we moved to the back where there was plenty of open space. We made sure to stand where we weren't blocking anyone else's view. An employee approached us and asked what table we were seated at. The interaction came across as annoyed and unwelcoming, which took away from the experience a bit. Overall, despite that interaction, we still enjoyed the performance itself. However, after everything we've experienced during our two-week vacation on the Big Island and Maui, this was one of our least favorite activities. I'm happy we can say we experienced a Hawaiian luau, but it's not something I would choose to do again.
Our first time to Maui, and we did this over our 20th wedding anniversary. The drinks (Mai Tai, Pina Colada, Kona, and mix drinks) as well as the buffet were absolutely amazing. The entertainment and the atmosphere were all great. We would highly recommend it!

Oh this was great! My mom always wanted to do a Luaua and this was the perfect one. I would say to buy the VIP seats up front so you have a good view of everything. The staff were kind, engaging and willing to help as needed. The buffet has a lot of options and is delicious. You obviously can also go back if needed. Definitely book this tour if you get a chance!

The food was not very good....desserts pathetic for Maui Luau buffet....in inclement weather you should plan on bringing rain gear and jacket ...there is no canopy covering...take your own pictures unless you want to spend $20-50 extra....Also,...book directly with preferred Luau and not through Viator (third party)
This was a great experience! We waited too late to book and were in the back and it was kind of hard to see - so book early so you can be more up front to see the show! This was a great kick off to our first Maui experience! Learning about the culture through native dance was so awesome!

You could not see the cliff divers from where we were and they did not announce it was going to be happening. It was over crowded and hard to see the show as well.
I’ve been to a couple luaus and this one seemed close to an authentic experience. Tasty food and an open bar! Plenty of activities before the show starts as well. I’d recommend and I would book again!

The setting was beautiful. The food was fine for a buffet. The flower leis were real & high quality. The show was about what you would expect - about the same at every resort Expensive. Great location for sunset photos & social media posts.
