Our guide, Ron was an absolute delight, knowledgeable and passionate about his town and tour. He made the tour. Its not at all demanding and requires only a slight degree of fitness so try them out, its a great way to learn about the valley, its history, geography, geology and its famous residents over the golden years. Go RON, your a legend
Thank you for the kind review, Phillip! We're so glad you had a great tour with Ron!
Wow, this desert oasis does not disappoint. Our tour guide Captain Ron was fantastic. His insight on the history of the Canyon and the as well as his knowledge of the vegetation and wildlife was priceless! What a beautiful natural preserve, definitely worth visiting
We're so glad you enjoyed your tour! Thank you for the kind review!
Highly recommend. Great experience. Captain Ron tour guide was amazing. Preferred the 8am vs 1pm due to hot weather.
Thank you for the review, Don!
We were a family of six with four young adults. The tour includes a roughly 30 minute ride out to the starting point and a similar ride back from finishing point. The ride is a nice, quiet glide down a lightly trafficked and very scenic canyon road. Ron, our guide, provided a great voice over both during the van ride out/back as well as stopping points throughout the bike tour regarding the geology, plant and animal life, water impacts (Salton Sea, flood control, agriculture) and history/impact of migrant workers and indigenous people. Many spectacular mountain and rock formations, San Andreas Fault and agriculture fields. Very educational and enjoyable experience. Great way to get close to nature. We loved it!
Thank you for such a kind review, Scott! We're so glad you enjoyed your tour with Ron!
Mostly easy ride except one moderate hill just prior to hike. Hike was fabulous. Tour guide (Cap’n Ron - amazing. We had a reservation to get to so had to rush a little. I think he could have gone on for another hour with info about the area b

Such an incredible experience. Our guide, Kollin, knew so much about the area and was so patient with all of his guests. We had such a great time. Wish it was longe!
Thank you for the 5 star review!
What a great way to see this special area and learn about it!!! Kolin, our guide, knew so much about the history - both natural and man made. His enthusiasm for the canyon and ecosystem was contagious. The bike ride through the mid century modern homes was stunning and then we were able to do an easy hike in the canyon, full of great photo opportunities. What a gift! We were very well taken care of and I would say we were totally spoiled. Kolin even had electrolytes for us! You will LOVE this tour!!!
Thank you for such a kind review! We hope to tour with you again in the future!
