Wow what can I can, except excellent! We contacted them re organising a bespoke trip for us, we wanted to go to Aswan and see the sights then, then up to Luxor and see more. We flew into Cairo airport, needing to go from terminal 1 to 3, to catch our onward flight to Aswan. We were met before baggage reclaim by a guide who helped us collect trout bags, guided us to the visa desk, then across to terminal 3, having done s, not something I would have liked to have done without help, the airport is mad, going through the terminals was so easy and stress free with his help. We had to wait for our connecting flight, he waited with us until we were booked in and safely through to departures. In Aswan we were again met by another guide who helped us navigate the collection of our bags and to our waiting pre-booked driver, they took us to our hotel and ensured we were booked in, without issue. Allowing us to settle in and relax for a bit. Then we were collected from the hotel and taken to a local restaurant, The every meal was excellent, my wife needs gluten free food, all explained to the cooks, no issues. Guided back to the hotel. Collected in the morning as arranged by our guide who was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, throughout our whole trip. We went to Aswan dam, then into the temple and other sites, which were explained in a full and interesting way, any questions were understood and a full explanation given, with a check to insure we understood, much in a local restaurant, again good.. escorted back to the hotel and rested, later again taken out for a lovely evening meal. 2nd Day more more of the same quality, different sites, informative explanations. Again escorted back to the hotel for rest, then evening meal. Then next day met at the hotel, driven to Luxor for organised trips to Vally of the Kings then the Queens. Hotel on Luxor organised, evening meal, etc. no stress, simple safe and convenient. Next day taxi organised to take us to Hurghada, where we then were booked into our hotel for a chill out part of our holiday. I can not recommend this company highly enough, no stress, complete and easy communication and everything as promised. I have already recommended them to my friend who has booked his holiday with them and I’m sure he will have the same experience I have had. In a nut shell, friendly, good Communication, no stress at all, full of experience guides and taxis, if you want to have a great experience, without any hassle, contact them with any questions, needs and wants and it will be sorted. No question I fully endorse them as your one stop shop for travel in Egypt.

If you're booking through Egypt Joy, ask for Walid as your tour guide. He's highly knowledgeable, very professional, friendly and articulates in a manner even non-native English speakers easily understand. He doesn't rush his tourists, gives them ample time to explore the sites and patiently explains to them the significance of the place with a lot of context. If he has to start a story from the beginning of time, he would. I did a trip to Aswan, Nubian Village, Abu Simbel and Luxor with Walid. I would highly recommend Walid to everyone considering booking a trip through Egypt Joy, to be your tour guide.

We decided to choose Egypt Joy for our Nile Cruise package including a day trip to Abu Simbel and it turned out to be an excellent choice. Egypt Joy gave us a great deal for a specific cruise that we want, which is Amwaj Living Stone. The cruise was excellent and was already a great experience by itself. Above all, our guide Mahmoud was wonderful, patient, helpful, friendly and very knowledgable. He explained everything in clear, perfect English and gave us all the time we want at each site. Our plans needed a few changes dued to the weather condition and us running late, but Mahmoud talked Egypt Joy and made sure everything ran smoothly without an extra cost. He even helped with taking our shoes to have them fixed! I would recommend Egypt Joy with Mahmoud as a guide to anyone who wants to visit Egypt with a great price, a great guide and a great peace of mind.

Hatem is very communicative and well organized. All our tours included professional tour guides who were knowledgeable and eager to share their knowledge. Everyone arrived on time and pick-ups/drop offs were well coordinated. Fully recommend the company, you won't be dissapointed.

Enjoyable experience! We highly recommend doing this tour with Egyptjoy. It was exactly as expected: picked up from the dahabiya dock in Aswan in a comfortable car, that's really important as the round trip to Abu Simbel is really tiring but it is a must visit place. The drivers were very nice and drove safely. Stopped on the way for going to the restroom. Our tour guide Rubby, who speaks perfectly French, was very attentive and knowledgeable. She shared interesting information on many things about the country. Upon arrival at Abu Simbel. She showed us what to look for inside both temples before we got in there. Abu Simbel temples are breathtaking and Lake Nasser surroundings is beautiful. Our tour included a very good lunch in a restaurant in Aswan at the end of the trip.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Extremely professional, responsive, and very well guided. Started the experience with a scenic drive in an air-conditioned car to Abu Simbel with a fantastic tour at our final destination. Then, we hopped in a felucca and enjoyed cruising on the Nile with Nubians and our tour guide. They cooked us lunch, dinner, and breakfast - while we played cards, hopped in the Nile, and enjoyed the peace and quiet. We stayed in the felucca overnight. We then got off the next morning and were picked up along the Nile by the same driver, visiting the Temple of Kom Ombo and Edfu before continuing to Luxor. Overall, the perfect two days.
