Onder de wilde dieren zijn zeehonden, adelaars, beren en zalmen bij Herring Cove (hoewel we het niet garanderen), en een prachtige waterval op de weg. Wij bieden de fijnste gastvrijheid die Ketchikan te bieden heeft. Neem een rondleiding door de totems in Potlatch Park om Ketchikan te zien en te leren kennen vanuit het perspectief van de lokale bevolking en onze inheemse cultuur.

Herring Cove is vol avontuur met al het wild, waaronder adelaars, zalm in het seizoen, de beste plek om de zwarte beren op het wegennet te zien en een prachtige waterval, strand, regenwoud en vegetatie. Geef uw cruiseschip op voor de ophaallocatie bij boeking, we halen wel op voor uw schip in de stad. Ward Cove ligplaats halen we op bij Berth 4 waar de shuttles je afzetten.

Jason was an excellent guide, very knowledgeable Just a shame we didn’t see bears
When I signed up for this tour, all I wanted to do was see a bear in the wild. It turned out to be much more. Our guide Jason was incredible; he went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed ourselves. We saw salmon trying to swim up a creek, I didnt know how amazing this was until I saw it in person. Saw so many eagles, that it was like looking for pigeons in NYC. Actually witnessed an eagle trying to snag a salmon in a shallow creek, it was incredible. Bears were proving to be a lot more difficult, but Jason knew we really wanted to see one, he didnt give up, and found 2 of them for us towards the end. My niece really wanted to do a hike so he took us to a beautiful lake near were our cruise ship was docked. There was a lacked of cell service in that area so he stood by while a few in the group went on a hike. He certainly didnt have to, we were over the tour time, but he wanted to make sure we all had a great time. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this tour company.
This was such a great experience. Our guide, Jason, was so generous with his time and knowledge. He let the tour go at our pace laying out what was ahead for us so we knew how much time we wanted to spend at each location. He tried his best to get us wildlife experiences. We were really thrilled with the tour and highly recommend it.

Rick was a polite and informative guide. Unfortunately we did not see any wildlife and only were exposed to history of the totem poles. Would be better to schedule this during the salmon runs.
I wish we could see the wildlife always, but they are the boss. Sorry about our 4 legged friends hiding out☹️
Rick did a fantastic job with our tour, going above and beyond our expectations! He was extremely knowledgeable and personable. We were able to see a bear and eagles; he knew all of the secret spots to look for them. He also took us to several very scenic spots. I would definitely recommend this tour!

Excellent tour. We were traveling with 2 toddlers and Denisse was very flexible and patient. She taught us a lot about the original cultures.

Tour was great!! Jason provided so much information and facts on Ketchikan. We were never rushed on our stops and he extended the length of our tour when roadworks held us up. Highly recommend.

Town is small, and the DT is built for cruise ship tourists. Still, fun, quaint, & plenty of souvenirs. Look for Annabelle’s for fun bar/food experience. Rick was our guide, and he went above and beyond to make sure we saw the best and the unique side of Ketchikan. Be sure to ask for him.
