This is our fifth trip to Alaska and visiting Ketchikan. Ketchikan has always been our favorite stop so this time we decided we wanted to see more than the shops downtown and this tour was perfect. Tucker was a great guide, patient as we needed to grab food quickly before it started and he learned what we were interested in and tailored it to just that. It was my husband and I and two kids (4 and 7) and he was great. Never rushed us at stops but also got as much in for us before getting back on the boat. Very knowledgeable and personable. Highly highly recommend!!

We had the most amazing time on our private tour yesterday! Our group of 5, had total flexibility over where we went, making for a perfectly timed on shore excursion during our Alaska cruise. Our guide Shad, completely made the experience for us. He tailored our stops perfectly, taking us to see the gorgeous waterfall, the incredible totem pole park, and wildlife-rich Herring Cove. Growing up in Ketchikan, he packed the trip with unique facts about the city’s history and culture, mixed with fun personal stories from his childhood. If you want a fun, genuinely local perspective of Ketchikan, this is the absolute best way to do it!

It was a wonderful excursion. Hannah took us to may places in Ketchikan. We had our family of 10 with age ranges 10 yo - 80 yo. Definitely recommend.

Had a great tour with our family including 4 kids under age 7. Jenn took us to great areas for the kids to be able to explore nature. She offered great knowledge of the area. Great communication before the tour on what to expect. Highly recommend!

Shad was great! We saw deer, starfish, crabs, and more. Had an amazing time! Shad was incredibly knowledgeable and kind.

Daniel was a great guide for the day. He rolled with everything we asked him to do. We didn’t feel rushed at any location but he kept us moving so we didn’t miss anything. He even made a last min stop for something my wife wanted to do that we forgot about. We saw more and had a better time than people we talked to that did an excursion with the cruise line.

So glad we booked this private tour in Ketchikan. Tucker was great and met us in the Mill/shopping area right off the boat. We then were able to go see a native village and totem poles without any other people there. We did a short hike to a waterfall through the forrest which was beautiful. Best part was seeing a few bears in a meadow. Tucker then dropped us off to shop at creek street before taking us back to our ship. Very customizable, so great to avoid shuttles and crowds. Definitely recommend.
