Thank you for being available to be there for my clients on such short notice! They arrived at the airport, a bit confused, after several delays with their original flight. Your driver was there to reassure them he was there to pick them up and waited for them to clear Customs. We appreciate your company and driver!

Good, excellent service from Copenhagen airport to our hotel. The driver was waiting for us at Arrival Hall with a sign. On the way to the hotel, he showed us some of the sights of the city and suggested what we could visit.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a car service. I have used viator many times domestically and internationally for car service. My flight touched down at 11:29 am not even at gate, we went thru passport control and waited at baggage (no stops) from gate to baggage The baggage was extremely slow to arrive. At 12:16 the driver called to say he was there, very pleasant conversation, I told him we were at baggage waiting for it to start coming and confirmed where I should exit. He said see you soon. At 12:39 I walked out to see all the drivers waiting and he was not there. I called and he said they told him to leave because I took more than an hour When he called at 12:16 there was no talk of I have another ride , you only have 20 minutes. Nothing! No call to say I have to leave cannot wait any longer. I reached out to car service and viator and both said I was at fault and will not refund me. I took a less than $50 taxi to my hotel (which were abundant) they had charged me $335. Taxis are abundant and clean in Copenhagen, you do not need car service! I will take this issue up with my credit card company. I never leave negative reviews, I call it a one off and only leave positive reviews but this was completely unacceptable.
Dear customer, your flight is more than 2 hours late. We have been waiting for you. Then after your arrival at 11:34 you had 60 minutes of free waiting, you have these rules when booking. We waited 3 hours for you, but you didn't come out. You got out only after 12:46 and the driver left the airport at 12:34 because your time was over. For additional waiting time, you should have contacted us so that we would assign an additional time at an additional charge. We have a schedule and other orders, we cannot delay the car for more than 4 hours for one client for which he has a problem with luggage or luggage left late. We have other clients and orders to fulfill. Please always follow the rules when booking.
