U kunt deze transfer regelen van hotels binnen een straal van 5 km naar de luchthaven Heathrow of de cruisehaven van Southampton. We controleren uw vluchten op landingstijd en sturen chauffeurs op basis van landingstijd op Heathrow Airport. We brengen geen kosten in rekening voor vluchtvertragingen. U kunt een ophaalservice van de Southampton Cruise-haven aanvragen voor de tijd die op het cruiseschema staat vermeld. De hier vermelde prijs is voor een voertuig, niet per persoon. Luchthaven pick-up / drop-off kosten inbegrepen in de prijs. Er zijn geen verborgen kosten.

- Passagiers kunnen hun eigen ophaaltijd aanvragen na 60,75,90 en 120 minuten na het aanleggen van de vlucht om wachttijden te voorkomen. Als we van tevoren geen speciale instructies hebben ontvangen, wordt een chauffeur na 60 minuten vanaf de aangeleerde vlucht verzonden.
- Wachtkosten: 30 minuten gratis wachttijd beschikbaar vanaf het moment dat u uw ophaaltijd op de luchthaven aanvraagt. Daarna wordt £ 10,00 in rekening gebracht voor elke extra 15 minuten. Cruisehaven / hotel / accommodatie ophalen: 15 minuten gratis wachttijd beschikbaar. Wachtkosten, kosten voor last-minute voertuigupgrades of eerste kerstdag, tweede kerstdag, nieuwjaarsdag 50% toeslag is contant aan de chauffeur te betalen.
- Als passagiers meer tijd nodig hebben om door immigratiecontroles te komen, moeten ze binnen 40 minuten na de aansluiting bij de lijn contact met ons opnemen om te zorgen dat de chauffeur blijft wachten.

- Cruisehaven-ontmoetingspunt: buiten de aankomsthal op het afzet- / ophaalpunt voor passagiers
- Hotel nabij vliegveld of cruisehaven ophalen / afzetten beschikbaar.
- Als u een gezondheidstoestand heeft waarvan u denkt dat de chauffeur hiervan op de hoogte moet zijn, vermeld dit dan tijdens het boekingsproces.

Called when we had our luggage and driver arrive within 10 min. There were 6 people traveling with large and small luggage. Some hand carry items as well. Driver was able to pack the van with no issues. Pleasant drive to Heathrow airport.

They were timely upon our arrival, grabbed our luggage, drove safely, helped us into the hotel with our lugagge and were chatty on the drive. It was nice to feel welcomed.

We met up with our driver at pre appointed spot with ease. Driver was courteous and he got us to our location safely.

We were very satisfied with the company and the ride. The van was big enough for 6 with large pieces of luggage. The driver was on time and waiting for us. Very helpful in loading the van, however he was extremely quiet, not sure if he understood English very well...but that did not affect our ride or destination.

Binney, our driver did a great job in getting us to Southampton cruise port on a Friday afternoon in very heavy traffic.
Driver helped us with our luggage and was very courteous. He was not bothered by any of our questions.
Driver came on time. We arrived cruise terminal on time . Van is clean and comfortable enough for 8 people
