- Overmaatse of overmatige bagage (bijvoorbeeld surfplanken, golfclubs of fietsen) kunnen bepaalde beperkingen hebben, informeer bij de exploitant voor vertrek om te bevestigen of uw overtollige bagage aanvaardbaar is
- Wachtkosten: 30 minuten gratis wachttijd beschikbaar vanaf het moment dat u uw ophaaltijd in de haven aanvraagt. Daarna geldt £15.00 toeslag voor elke extra 15 minuten. Ophalen hotel / accommodatie : 10 minuten gratis wachttijd beschikbaar. Wachtkosten, last minutes voertuig upgrade kosten of Eerste Kerstdag, Tweede Kerstdag, Nieuwjaarsdag 50% toeslag is te betalen aan de bestuurder als een contante betaling.
- De Londense motorrijtuigenbelasting en andere toeslagen zijn bij de prijs inbegrepen. Geen verborgen kosten.
- Als u een gezondheidstoestand heeft waarvan u denkt dat de chauffeur hiervan op de hoogte moet zijn, vermeld dit dan tijdens het boekingsproces.

This was a great way to get the cruise ship terminal from central London. We could have taken a taxi to the train station and then the train to Heathrow and then the NCL bus to the cruise ship terminal but we wanted to take a tour in the morning and we were pressed for time. This became a great option for us. The driver had a large van and it fit four big suitcases and four little suitcases. The ride was smooth and comfortable and it was just the four of us all the way to Southampton.
While our driver was on-time and able to find us at the chaotic cruise port, the drive from Southampton to London was interesting. Seemed like the road was more autobahn than M3. Driver hit over 90 MPH more than once during the drive 😳.

Arrived at Southampton Cruise Port. Excellent and efficient services all bags were neatly loaded in floor level order to go directly to your room. The port guards were friendly and the passport control were swift and professional, the taxi services were fast and cost under £9. Took about 8 minutes. The whole experience from ship to arrivals was 10/10.
Driver was excellent! His English was very good and we had a very interesting conversation with him. He was originally from Romania.
Our transportation from the port to hotel and transport from hotel to airport from London went very well. Our expectations were meet. Highly recommend and will definitely use Viator again. Both drivers were on time.
Our driver, Dushi, was punctual and informative ahead of our ride. As well, Dushi had sent out a message the night before regarding the car to look for, which was greatly beneficial! Overall, very pleasant experience!

Dear Sir, We are very sorry to hear that you had a negative experience. Your booking was for an estate car and we dispatched a MPV+ vehicle. This vehicle is a larger van than what you have booked. We are truly disappointed that you rated this vehicle the way you did. In UK and other countries, passengers sits in the back looks out of side windows and driver + front passenger looks out from front window. So not sure what you are trying to say in your comment. Your booking was incomplete and we had to contact you several times to get the correct information so we can make sure that you will have a smooth ride to London. Our driver was on time, drop you off at the hotel in timely manner and we dispatched a larger vehicle than what you have paid for so you can have a comfortable ride to London. We believe that we have done everything to deserve a 5 star rating.
Took the service from London to the Port of Southampton. Sharon was very knowledgeable, courteous and a good driver. She even offered a short rest stop halfway through the drive. I highly recommend the car service!
