Aangepaste transfers in Ecuador (offerte vereist)

This business has gone downhill. I used them a few years ago and the service was good. This trip, they were a disaster. Despite having reconfirmed my arrival information, they kept me waiting at the airport for over 1.5 hours (at 1 am). I’m pretty certain they forgot about me. I had to call the emergency number several times before a sleepy person answered. She told me the driver was on his way and should arrive in 10 minutes. I’m not sure how she knew that since I literally woke her up! After 20 minutes, I called again. This time, she told me that the driver had a flat tire but was just 10 minutes from the airport now. After another 30 minutes, I called again and she said he was entering the airport. Although it was after 2am and the airport was empty, the driver finally arrived 15 minutes later. I had booked two separate airport returns because my brother was going back on a separate flight. Again, they were 20 minutes late and they sent him a Taxi!! They charged us $50 for a private transfer but instead hired and sent a cab that charges $25! When I called to complain and ask them if I could cancel and get a refund for my airport transfer the next day (because they were clearly unreliable), they refused. Horrible scammers. I would suggest calling an Uber. It is a safe and reliable service now in Quito.
