Wanneer u het Lake Manyara National Park vanuit het oosten nadert, doemt de steile helling van de Rift Valley op aan de horizon en vormt een indrukwekkende achtergrond voor het meer. In de hoge bomen van het grondwaterbos springen apen van tak naar tak en op de steile helling staan olifanten in de schaduw. De weilanden langs de oevers en het bos van Lake Eyasi herbergen een grote verscheidenheid aan dieren in het wild waaronder luipaarden, nijlpaarden, verschillende apen, verschillende vogels, grotere en kleinere flamingo's, ooievaars en pelikanen. Verdere hoogtepunten van deze 6-daagse safari zijn het wereldberoemde Serengeti National Park, de archeologische vindplaats Olduvai Gorge en de natuurlijke wonder Ngorongoro-krater.

Really nice arranged tour with a guide who really had structure and control on his task, so you felt in safe hands. The Kilimanjaro northern circuit can be highly recommended if you also want to experience Kilimanjaro through hiking (five days at 3,500-4,500 meters altitude) before finally starting on the last day of climbing the top of the mountain.
Great experience with Zara tours. Did 9 days safari. Visited several national parks. Our lodges and camps were very beautiful. Our driver cum guide Ibrahim was simply amazing guy. Knows every nook and cranny of these parks, that helped in spotting all big five easily. He was tremendously helpful and became a friend. Ask for Ibrahim if you want to book, you will be very happy.

An absolutely fantastic trip to Tanzania. Isdory was an exceptional guide. He was able to easily spot wildlife in the parks. He also drove the safari vehicle with caution. We saw the Big 5 in the first three days, as well as many other animals. We wanted to see the great migration of wildebeest, which we did in Serengeti. The landscapes are beautiful and the wildlife is abundant. The people we met were really warm and friendly and made us feel safe and welcome. We highly recommend visiting Tanzania with Zara Tanzania Adventures.

We had amazing and memorable experiences on our trip in Tanzania with our guide Tarimo. He impressed us with his vast knowledge of the parks, wildlife, culture and Tanzania in general. His easy going and likeable personality showed through right from the start as we instantly hit it off well and continued to like him as the days progressed and our tour took us to different parts. He knew the interesting areas in the parks where we encountered different wildlife species. Serengeti is unforgettable with the abundant wildlife species including the wildebeest migration which was totally spectacular. We were stating in the Serengeti Wildebeest Camp which is located so close to the migration corridor that we did not have to drive far to find the animals. When I look back at the trip I cannot find any fault. It had just the right mix of game drives, pampered rest points where we could indulge in a bit of luxury before heading out for the next dose of adventure. We will be returning soon!
