9 dagen 8 nachten Cairo Aswan & Luxor

We hire them to spend 10 days in Egypt with driver, guide and excursions included. The first days in Cairo with the driver and guide well, but the vehicles they use do not work well. We paid them all in cash and they never gave us any proof. Then, already in Aswuan we changed drivers and guides. They took us from Aswuan to Abu Simbel which is 3 hours round trip and 3 hours back without air conditioning (with the hellish pain it did). The guide who took us from Aswuan to Luxor kept asking us for extra money for things that were already paid for, took us to people who were friends with him to buy from them and spoke ill of his bosses. After the cruise we changed our excursions. They have not complied with the agreement in recent days. Worst of all, we left our backpack with our valuable belongings in our combi for a moment (because it was very hot, we had been together excursions that we had to do the next day, it was already late and we had not yet been taken to the hotel after getting off the Nile cruise in the morning, so we had documents and money there in the backpack) and we got money while we went down to see a temple (being that there was no one else in the combi but the driver and the guide). Then when we returned from the temple the guide got off and left because he said he had to return to his city, leaving us alone with the driver, who took us to the hotel. Right away when we realized we made the claim with the person with whom we contracted the services (Alaa El-Dine). He told us he was going to make a complaint to the police who never sent us (not a copy) and said he was going to return the money and so far he has not complied. He lied to us and we had a very hard time with what happened. The next day we no longer had a guide, we were sent a car with a driver who spoke only Arabic to take us to Hurgada and we were left with 2 excursions without making that were already paid. He intended us to go with that driver and go down to the excursions alone, leaving our bags and belongings in the car (we didn’t do it because we weren’t going to leave our bags in a car with someone we couldn’t communicate with and less after what had happened to us the day before). We consider that WE HAVE BEEN CONNED, they are NOT reliable, they have NO word, they do NOT respect tourists (being that they live from tourism) and above all as soon as they are given the opportunity they want to take advantage and take money from you. I do NOT recommend anyone to hire them because they could have a hard time.

We have just returned from the most wonderful 9 days & 8 nights tour with Alaaeldin. Our experience was totally out of this world! I can't compliment the company, tour guide or trip enough. I have travelled to Egypt a lot of times but this was by far the best trip I've experienced. It was a pleasure on our behalf to be able to have such an amazing time! Thank you for making our trip so great. I highly recommend everyone to book a trip with travel to Egypt, you will not be disappointed. Thank you again for showing us how beautiful Egypt really is!!
