When you travel to a new place, you're bound to run into some minor issues. However, when I was traveling with my family to Kerala, we were lucky enough to have our plans smoothly running thanks to a kind and helpful driver. When we were faced with a 3 hour delay in Dubai, we were unsure of how to get to our hotel, but the driver helped us out and even offered to come back in the morning to take us. It wasn't the first time i found myself thanking him for his help, either. A few days later, we ran into some issues with our rental car and the driver assisted in resolving the situation. I'm sure he had much more important things to do than helping us, but he was a great help in making sure we had a smooth trip! Thanks a lot!

My Arun Singh was very good. Arun organised my tour as requested. All pick ups were included with a driver (Suresh) was very good. The ony negative was the the roads. Roads are often not all that good in India but with the flooding the roads were damaged. Especially our drive from Munnar to Thekaddy worst ever. I booked all our hotels myself. The luxury houseboat organised byu Arun was around NZ$400 was not worth the trip. Far too expensive to what you get and definately not luxury in my opinion. Suresh was a very good driver and overall we did have a safe enjoyable trip most of the time

However, the Houseboat was not up to your mark and we are really sorry for that as Lakes and Lagoon are ISO certified Quality Managment company which are more focused on Services so accordingly we have offered the Houseboat.
