Eerst beginnen we met de waterval, omdat deze een van de meest bezochte is door veel buitenlanders en deze de meeste tijd in beslag neemt. Je zult kunnen genieten van de natuur, de vegetatie en natuurlijk de watervallen, waarvan er 7 zullen zijn vanwege de tijd. Je kunt tussen de grote rotsen springen of glijden om je excursies natuurlijker te maken. Als u niet kunt zwemmen, is dat geen probleem, aangezien u gidsen en vesten heeft om u te helpen. In de buggy beleef je een onvergetelijke ervaring en een fantastische en fascinerende dag. terwijl we genieten van het landschap en het water op straat om te spetteren en kleine bergen met de prachtige Dominicaanse natuur van ons land, omvat de gevestigde route ook een strand genaamd Vergantin om je ervaring nog fantastischer te maken!

Als u aankomt in Taino Bay halen we u op in de haven waar het taxigebied is. Binnen in de haven zie je enkele gidsen met groene shirts. Vraag ze naar Alfredo Sanchez en we halen je daar op! Great experience. The hike is about 45 minutes and is challenging. Definitely not for individuals who have a physical disability. The waterfalls jump were a lot of fun. The staff work very hard to keep everyone safe. Did not like the buggies.we were taken to areas that farm animals lived by and you could smell the runoff water. We never made it to the beach
There is a bit of a hike to start, but it’s doable. The slides are fun and the jumps are scary, but fun! Overall, highly suggest!
This was an amazing experience, one we will remember for the rest of our life. 10/10, all of the staff was great, Chino, and Jovanni were very attentive and we got some amazing photos. Forever grateful!
Had an absolutely great time at Demajagua Falls. The staff at the falls were great and our driver, Santos why above and beyond to help with this great excursion.
Alfredo with Lasanc Tours was a fantastic tour guide. He showed us many spots along the way to the waterfalls. It was about a 20 minute drive to the waterfalls! The tour guides at the waterfalls were different, and all great! Same with the dune buggies. We had to be comfortable driving the dune buggies on a busy highway, but driving through the creeks was a blast. We made a pit stop to a small little community and got a tour from someone there. Really cool! On the way back to the cruise port, Alfredo gave us local rum to taste test and even stopped at a local bar to give us our first Presidente beer! Loved the personalized experience.
It is very strenuous. A very long walk up stairs, through woods. Once you get to waterfalls you have to slide. No other way down. Lots of rocks to walk on getting to each waterfall. If you have artificial joints. You might want to reconsider. I do have an artificial knee and was very cautious walking on the rocks. The guides were very helpful though. They made sure we were ok at all times. They were great. We had a good time and are glad we did it, but just wasn't prepared for what we had to do.
Viator has not let us down for various excursion experiences! Our driver was timely and made sure he communicated with activity providers so that we made it back to the ship in time. Waterfalls were partially closed due to heavy rainfall, but we would go back for the partial experience although the 7 falls and slides are amazing. You do get totally wet and muddy on these dune buggies. We were prepared and enjoyed the experience. The teens on the trip had the ride of their lives!
We had an amazing time from Sliding down the waterfall slides or jumping (husband jumped only) the walk up was very strenuous and exhausting but once up there it was amazing. The dune buggies were awesome when the leader told us to drive fast I don’t think he knew how my husband drove but he was impressed we were dirty. We had the most amazing driver for the whole adventure Daniel Urena Garcia you rocked and made the experience amazing
From the moment I booked the trip I have nothing but high praise for Alfredo and Herman. Alfredo communicated with me prior to the tour giving all the details I needed and assurances that if I got off the ship quickly we would have no trouble doing the full tour. And we benefited from Being one of the first at the falls so no big lines. Great stop at the coffee place and craft shop before our Dune Buggy ride. Four ladies over 55 and we had a blast. The climb is a bit challenging but we had plenty of stops along the way as we needed them. Alfredo and Herman made the trip memorable, make sure u ask for them. Would definitely do another tour with Alfredo. Even after we got back he made sure we got our pics from Herman who was our photographer. 10 out of 10 for the whole tour. Alfredo even gave us wifi in the van as we drove. Who could ask for more
Santos took excellent care of us from pick up at the port to the drop off. Along the way he stopped so we could try fresh avocado, mango and coconut water. He provided us extra libations along the way. We were two moms traveling with adult sons for spring break and felt very safe the entire time. The waterfall tour was incredible. We felt comfortable leaving all of our valuables with Santos as none are allowed on the hike. Buy the photo package!! We had a blast. Not for the faint of heart but so fun. Highly recommend this tour company. 11/10!!
