Gratis retourtransfer van Patong, Kata, Karon, Tritrang, Kalim, Nakalay, Kamala, Phuket Town, Koh Siray • De exacte ophaaltijd wordt per e-mail bevestigd nadat u de boeking heeft gemaakt • Zorg ervoor dat u uw gids ten minste 10 minuten voor de geplande ophaaltijd in de lobby van uw hotel ontmoet • Als u meer dan 10 minuten te laat aankomt of nadat we uw hotel hebben verlaten, kunt u worden beschouwd als een no-show

The group was composed of some disruptive members and went very fast for our crew. The guide responded to the disruptive members of the group while neglecting us. We had to stop the tour early and we were not offered any refund or other measure of compensation. This is not a recommended tour

Amazing! Definately reccomend doing this when visiting thailand. Full speed out on the indian ocean, amazing views, & the water is clean, blue! & warm like a heated pool back home

Very poor communication from the start to the finish. Poor instructions on how to drive the jet ski, didn't explain when to throttle up or throttle down depending on the sea conditions. Instructor took off very fast from the start and was out of sight within minutes, leaving us essentially on our own in very choppy sea water. Stopped at the islands but wasn't informed of how long we'd be there for or what we should do. Felt quite scared on the jet ski as we were essentially left to our own initiative out there. Very disappointing experience that we had been so much looking forward to😔

The ride was extremely fun! We had choppy waves, so was a little more exertion than we had expected. But still a blast. Our jet ski guides were fantastic. They kept us together and safe. They did a good job explaining and describing the islands that we passed by and stopped For refreshments. However, our trip was scheduled to begin at noon and the organization of the staff who gathered the groups and gave our lifejackets out was extremely lacking. They kept telling us our time was coming up soon and two hours later, we finally were told to get lifejackets. By this time, three other groups of jet skiers had gone by us, gotten their lifejackets and got out on the water. Had we gone out when we were supposed to, the weather would’ve been a little warmer we would’ve avoided a storm and the water would have been a little less choppy. The group organizing the teams to go out on the water needs to pay better attention to their customers

While the actual guide was fantastic and the experience was awesome it was an extremely frustrating day. Booked for noon - extremely low communication from the office and didn’t even start on the adventure until 2. If you’re on a cruise or booked a dinner it will be late.

This was a different company from the same tour from last year even though I selected the same tour. I think that there are many different companies when you select this specific tour. I with I could of kept the company from last year. The tour leader was great, everything else was the opposite. I do not care to even relive it. I just did not like the way this years company conducted this tour.

So much fun riding to all the different islands, from monkeys jumping on our jet ski to an amazing lunch at Naka island. Our tour guide Mike was an absolute legend, even taking us out after he had been stung by a sting ray on his foot. Like most of the Thai people, he was such a nice person.
Fantastic tour experience. Oh - Hoo was great arranging and communicating to us. At the jet ski place, Ausmin Lekdang and his crew were wonderful- cared about all the group and sent us our pictures for memories. A most try!
Tour guides were friendly and helpful and want to make sure you’ve got the best experience possible
The jet ski package was fun, but the company was unprofessional. They picked us up on time, but got lost for an hour in the hills outside Patong. During this time they also sent me borderline-rude whatsApp messages as they believed their driver was waiting for me at my hotel lobby. When I called them to iron this out they were very confused and couldn't understand what was occurring, but they assured me that even though we were lost it doesn't matter as if we paid for a 5-hour package the clock starts when we arrive at the pier. Well not quite. We booked a 5-hour jet ski but the rest of the customers in our group booked the (cheaper) 4-hour package and so they decided to downgrade us to the 4-hour package and refused to provide an explanation or refund for the difference. The jet ski operator also refused to hand over the photos taken during the trip since we complained that we didn't get what we paid for and was extremely angry towards us. All whatsApp messages to them on this matter were ignored.
