Het 4-gangendiner is een les voor degenen die willen genieten van de avond, koken en het eten van een traditionele Italiaanse maaltijd met vrienden. Deze les is een praktische en interactieve groepservaring, waardoor je gerechten kunt creëren en genieten die je in je dagelijks leven kunt brengen. U bereidt een voorgerecht, een verse pastaschotel, een vleesgerecht en een dessert. We enjoyed ourselves and learned some new techniques that we didn’t know before! We all sat down together and enjoyed our sumptuous dinner including a mushroom app, homemade ravioli, chicken and a delicious chocolate almond dessert!! I wouldn’t hesitate to book this class!

My wife and I took a private cooking class with Chef Fabrizio. It was our favorite thing we did on our honeymoon! Chef Fabrizio is a fantastic instructor. He is hilarious! He taught us quite a bit about making pasta which will be quite helpful once we get home and make it ourselves. He was also very patient with our mistakes too. Mama mia! After the cooking class is over, you go down into the cellar below their kitchen and enjoy a private meal of the food you cooked. It was so much food! And extremely delicious as well. When we come back to Florence we will be sure to do it again.

Fun and outstanding 4 course cooking class! Everyone constantly participates making 4 delicious courses in a small group. Then you all retire to a beautiful wine cellar like room to enjoy your 4 courses together, family style with no rush. A true Italian dining experience!

It was very enjoyable. The class was just the right size. We learned some new techniques and build our cooking confidence. The class was hands-on, which was great and Gustavo made everyone feel comfortable and confident.

The class was a wonderful take in with my husband and 8 other folks who mostly spoke English. Gustavo was fluent, funny, hard working- organized and kept us engaged and laughing through the class and dinner. He also made sure our 4 delicious courses can out right! Would highly recommend this for anyone who enjoys cooking or learning to cook who is in Florence

First of all we were the only students in the class - Gustavo, was a fabulous teacher, with a bit of humour, lots of knowledge and helped us with our technique, making sure we were executing the recipe as professionally as possible. On each course we learned something new ( if we had previously made the recipe.). We enjoyed making the recipes he had chosen for us and the food was delicious! Very clean, high end equipment, and a professional cooking class. If you want to learn how to cook Italian I highly recommend “In Taovla Cooking Academy in Florence! “

This cooking class was really engaging and Jackamo was entertaining and a patient teacher that made it so fun!! Our family of 8 had a varying level of cooking skills, and all of us were an integral part in making the 4 course meal. We learned how to make gnocchi from scratch, which was really cool!! I would absolutely recommend this class!! What a fun way to create memories in Italy!
