Bij aankomst aan de Chefactory Cooking Academy Florence uiterlijk om 16:45 uur zullen de gasten worden verwelkomd door onze docenten, met inachtneming van elke maatregel van de laatste DL. over gezondheid en begeleid in een zaal uit 1700 d.c. Waar we het menu uitleggen en allergieën controleren om iedereen te accommoderen. De chefs volgen je van begin tot eind van de les. Iedereen zal alles doen, het is geen demonstratieklasse, dus trek je op je mouwen en we beginnen met het maken van de snoepjes, snijden voor suikers, voorpasten, seconden en salsen, handgemaakte verse pasta, een glas om je thuis te voelen. Na alles af te maken? Uiteindelijk proeft u het hele menu met ook Toscaanse wijn. Aan het einde van de hele ervaring breng je met je de herinnering aan een boekje recepten gemaakt tijdens de les en vele trucs van de chefs. De beschikbare talen zijn Engels en Italiaans, het is mogelijk om te reserveren in het Duits en Spaans als de chefs zijn op tijd voor die specifieke cursus. Vegetarisch inclusief.

Cooking class on May 13 was excellent. The booking information indicated they we would receive the recipes at the end of the class, however, the chef said that we needed to complete the review first and that they would then email the recipes. Still no recipes… :(

Everything about this experience was great! The food, the instructions, the quality and the company. The atmosphere was comfortable and the steps were easy to follow so the techniques could be used at home. Our teenage children had a blast and were made to feel a part of the process. Our visit was almost 3.5 hours and we had everything we needed for a fabulous meal! Thank you gentlemen for a lovely evening and an even better meal!

The total experience was incredible. We were 5 minutes late and we were able to participate. The instructions we understandable but the best part was we were able to take the recipies home

This cooking class was so much fun. The 4 courses really makes it better than some of the other classes. The instructors were great and the food we created was delicious !

It was so much fun and we learned a lot. We also wound up eating a delicious meal. The staff and the chefs who taught us were wonderful. I would recommend this to everyone. Be aware that there is a lot of standing while learning and preparing. The food. If you have any mobility issues I’m sure they would try to accommodate your needs. They were most helpful throughout our entire experience

It was a nice experience and good food. It is a group activity not individual. We prepared 4 different things splitting the jobs. The only individual activity was making the pasta. The chef was really nice and the recipes were easy and good. The place is nice but they have a three groups at the same time which made it a little loud.
