Maak je klaar om de magie van de Argentijnse keuken te omarmen in een warme, vriendelijke omgeving – waar elke roer, hak en sudder optelt tot een onvergetelijke avond vol connecties die je in geen enkel restaurant in Mendoza zult vinden. Hier leer je 7 recepten te koken die zijn gecentreerd rond de smaken van Argentinië, allemaal terwijl je nipt aan Hoogstgewaardeerde wijn. We ontmoeten elkaar bij mijn appartement, knabbelen aan lokale snacks en nippen aan Vermuth cocktails, en gaan aan de slag met koken! De les duurt ongeveer 3 uur en bestaat uit koken, socializen, eten, en eerlijk gezegd waarschijnlijk wat morsen en lachen! We koken en eten 7 items die bestaan uit 2 voorgerechten, 1 hoofdgerecht, 1 bijgerecht, 1 dessert en alles wat je nodig hebt om wijn te drinken van een nabijgelegen wijnmakerij waar ik werk als sommelier (we hebben ook non-alcoholische dranken indien nodig). Zodra de les voorbij is, kun je allemaal vertakken naar de rest van je ongelooflijke avond in Mendoza met een volle buik en mogelijk wat nieuwe vrienden om mee te verkennen!

A wonderful, fun-filled evening spent with the lovely David and Rosie. Thank you for your warm and welcoming hospitality — and, of course, the delicious food! Such a lovely experience to add to your “must-do” list in Mendoza. We can’t wait to try the recipes David sent us!
It felt incredibly authentic, like being invited into a friend’s kitchen rather than a tourist attraction. We had the best time learning to cook and the food was delicious, and David spoke perfect English, which made learning the techniques much easier.

Outstanding experience, learning about the different foods and enjoying in a relaxing environment. Highly recommend.
Wonderful experience. David and his sister were super sweet, you immediately felt welcome and was wonderfully received. You could prepare the food and at the same time have an excellent conversation with the group. David and his sister do the actual cooking, but you can focus wonderfully on the experience and the conversations, especially since afterwards you get the recipe book digitally too sent with all recipes and drinks.
