A FIASCO DO NOT BOOK WITH ROBOT CITY
This company is a scam; for the 3-hour tour, they show you all the sites that will be visited, and when it comes time to take the tour, they take you to places that were not included in the itinerary, they waste a lot of time on unimportant things and don't even take you to half of the sites that were on the program, and when you start saying that places are missing, the guide says that time is almost up and takes you back to the starting point.

Don’t lose your money
My recent 3 hour citytour ( I thought it was enough time to visit city), experience was underwhelming, primarily due to the guide's propensity for prolonged questioning, which detracted from the tour's scheduled itinerary. As a result, we were unable to visit the old town, with the guide citing time constraints as the reason. I would advise against recommending this tour and instead suggest exploring alternative companies that offer a more focused and time-efficient experience.

We had a fantastic time...
We had a fantastic time on the Segway tour in Berlin! It was a fun and easy way to see the city’s major landmarks. Our guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the experience enjoyable from start to finish.

Berlin for first time visitors
This was a great tour for first time english speaking Berlin visitors like us. The Segway was fun, and the guide was patient in his instructions on safe operation before we set off. We saw several interesting sites and the guide was quite knowledgeable about them. I highly recommend this!

Great way to see the city
We very-much enjoyed our Segway tour with Saif. He made sure everyone was comfortable controlling the segways and we had several stops (nine I think) on our journey where he was able to tell us about the various points of interest.
Travelling on a Segway around Berlin was generally okay although there were one or two roads where the traffic was a little bit heavy around us. He did give us the option to omit part of the tour because the traffic was a bit heavy on the way to checkpoint Charlie.

Okay not great segway tour
I have done segway tours in multiple cities around the world and generally enjoy them. I have now done 3 in Berlin. This one was not number one. The tour guide was kind but did not have real depth of knowledge of Berlin and not in love with his selecte stops for our 3 hour toru

Try a Segway tour! You’ll be in for an enjoyable time.
We have taken many tours. This was our first Segway tour. Scary at first, but we quickly became comfortable with managing the ride. Our tour guide, Eishom, was fantastic. He was patient and took care to ensure our safety, and provided interesting information and history at each stop. He even took group photos for us. We look forward to our next Segway adventure!

Great way to see the cuty
Nachi was a great tour guide, the stories, explanations and just the great vibe made this a great experience.
If you come to Berlin and want to see the main sites do this first and then you can decide where you really want to spend your time.
Very recommended for anyone who wants a fast and convenient way to see the city and learn with a private tour guide.
