3 uur durende regenwoudwandeling en totempark wilde wolventochten
Beschrijving
Geniet van een wandeling door het regenwoud en bezoek een totempark tijdens onze 3 uur durende excursie in het schilderachtige Ketchikan, Alaska tijdens deze kleine groepsreis met lokale gids. Verken het weelderige groene regenwoud van Alaska tussen enorme oude bomen en mos dat de bosbodem bedekt. Het afgelegen natuurpad volgt een stromende kreek en we stoppen bij een prachtig uitkijkpunt voor de waterval. Het pad heeft verschillende trappen en gedeelten bergop / bergaf. Ervaar de schoonheid van de natuur van dichtbij en betreed dit gekoesterde land tijdens onze wandeling van ongeveer 1,5 mijl. Ontsnap aan de drukte en geniet van de frisse lucht en de rust van het bos. We reizen ook naar het Totempark waar je lokale gids verhalen achter de majestueuze totempalen en de inheemse cultuur van Alaska met je zal delen. Onze excursies zijn kleine groepen van 11 gasten of minder en we zijn inclusief ophalen bij de cruiseschipdok. Reis naar Totem Park waar uw lokale gids verhalen zal delen achter de prachtig gesneden totempalen. Stap in een Clan House als gids uitlegt over de lokale inheemse cultuur. Deze kleine groepservaring is een geweldige manier om meer te weten te komen over de mensen van Tlingit, Haida en Tsimshian.
Regenwoud wandeling tussen oude groei bomen en mos bedekt bos. Loop langs de cascade kreek en stop bij een prachtig uitzicht op de waterval op dit natuurpad. Lokale gids zal wijzen op de flora en hoe deze bronnen van vitaal belang waren voor de Alaska Natives. Er zijn een aantal trappen en bergafwaarts afdalingen van het parcours. We bieden ook een tour van 2 uur zonder trappen aan.

Ophaallocaties en -tijden
Als uw schip landt in Ketchikan tussen de ligplaatsen 1, 2, 3 en 4 pikken we op bij ligplaats 2 naast het standbeeld genaamd The Rock bij het Ketchikan Visitors Center. Als uw schip landt in Ward Cove, halen we op in Ward Cove bij het Welcoming Center naast de toiletten. We hebben een groen bord met Wild Wolf Tours

- Reizigers moeten ten minste een gemiddelde conditie hebben
- Er zijn verschillende sets van trappen en omhoog / omlaag delen van het parcours. Gasten moeten ongeveer 1,5 km over het grindpad kunnen lopen.
- We bieden wel een tour van 2 uur aan op een eenvoudiger parcours zonder trappen of steile hellingen, zie 2 uur Rainforest Walk en Totem Park Listing
- Werkt in alle weersomstandigheden, kleed je goed aan. We hebben regenponcho's of paraplu's.
- Op het moment van boeking moeten passagiers van cruiseschepen de volgende informatie verstrekken: Specifieke scheepsnaam (niet alleen cruisemaatschappij).
- Een kinderautozitje en stoelverhoger zijn op aanvraag beschikbaar, we moeten van tevoren op de hoogte worden gebracht.
- We behouden ons het recht voor om routes en / of totempark te veranderen, afhankelijk van de omstandigheden.

Jeff our tour guide was great. He was very passionate in his love for the area and culture. We had a great tour of the totem park and learned the history and the nature walk through the forest to the beach was lovely. Great waterfalls, grandma trees, and seals at the beach. Great if you love to be with nature

Our guide was amazing—he was incredibly knowledgeable and you could tell he was genuinely passionate about Ketchikan, the rainforest, and everything that makes the area so special. Instead of just reciting facts, he shared stories and information in a way that kept me interested the entire time. He was funny, patient, and happy to answer every question without ever making anyone feel rushed. You could tell he really enjoys what he does, and that energy made the whole experience even better. He pointed out so many little details that I never would have noticed on my own, and I walked away feeling like I had learned so much. As someone visiting Alaska, this was exactly the kind of experience I was hoping for. It was beautiful, informative, and a lot of fun. If you're looking for a tour that's more than just a walk through the woods, I highly recommend this one. Thanks to our guide, it ended up being one of my favorite experiences of the trip!

We wanted to get out and see more of Ketchikan than just downtown so on our weekend trip we booked this 3 hour rainforest walk tour. Our guides were on time right where we were supposed to meet. Adam and Gatlin were such friendly nice guys. Our shuttle was clean and Gatlin kept us entertained by answering all of our questions on the drive and tour. We hiked through the most beautiful, lush and green rainforest, saw a waterfall , hung out at a beach and then went on a totem park tour. You could tell that Gatlin loves his job and is super knowledgeable about everything. I would definitely recommend this company and tour to anyone visiting Ketchikan!

Very knowledgeable and friendly tour guide. If you have issues with too many steps you might want to skip. The tour should supply a head photo system. If you were not walking near the guide you could not hear him.
