3-daagse Costa Rica: Arenal-vulkaan- Monteverde - Manuel Antonio vanuit San José

Terrible, 3 months have passed and they have not issued my refund.

Our guide Johann was very informative and entertaining in his discussions. We were picked up from our hotel in San Jose on the first morning and driven to Arenal volcano by Oscar (our driver) and Johann. We walked a short distance from the parking lot to the viewing point to view the volcano from a distance. In the afternoon after a sumptuous lunch, we were driven to La Fortuna waterfalls. To get an amazing close-up view of the waterfalls, one has to walk down 530 steps to the bottom and then come back up taking the same 530 steps. It may be an arduous task for some travelers. After checking in a hotel that evening, we visited Baldi Hot Springs, where we spent some time enjoying the warm water of the Springs. Next morning, we were driven to Monte Verde rain forest, with an amazing array of eight hanging bridges. The view of the green canopy of the forest from the bridges is amazing. On the final day, we visited Manuel Antonio National Park, where we walked through dense forests on both sides of the trail. We got to see two snakes, different kinds of birds, howler and cappuccino moneys and sloths in the forest with the help of our forest guide, Kevin. Without his help it would have been impossible for us to locate these animals among the thick canopy of the forest. Next, we spent one hours on the gorgeous beach of the National Park. The hotel that we stayed on the first night at La Fortuna was excellent. On the second night we stayed at a hotel in Jaco, about an hour from Manuel Antonio National Park. The room in this hotel was okay for one night of stay. This hotel did not serve any morning breakfast. The amount of time spent on the road is long on each day is long, although it is time well spent to visit these wonderful places. On the overall, I will not hesitate to recommend this tour conducted by AyE Tours with Johann and Oscar.

The tour was excellent! We did a 3 day private tour with Luis and had too much fun. The Guide was very informative, Pro and very fun. The meals and hotels included were all excellent. The activities and places visited were dreamy. There are no words to describe how much fun we had. Highly recommended! Thanks again. We hope to be back soon.

Thank you for a great tour of Costa Rica! We saw so many animals, plants and 2 national parks. The guide Luis had the Pura Vida spirit and was a great driver too! . I don't think you could do as much and still not feel rushed on your own. We had good accommodations and great food. GREAT JOB AYE.

I couldn't recommend this tour company enough! We had a wonderful time, the drivers and tour leaders were professional, informative, and always helpful. We felt safe the entire time, we were shown the beauty and diversity of Costa Rica. Juan Jose and Luis were absolute gems!

The landscape, the food, all of Costa Rica is beautiful, but being accompanied by the guides Johan and Luis from AyE Tours Travel were the icing on the cake. Super friendly, they walked us around and explained everything. Every moment was a non-stop enjoyment. I totally recommend it

It is a highly recommended plan for a short stay in Costa Rica, good balance between quality and price, meals, hotels, vehicles, security and most importantly the human quality, especially of our two guides Johan and Luis. The itinerary and the services included were those agreed upon from the beginning, on the tours you have enough time to eat your meals, to capture your photographs, spot animals and enjoy all the nature offered by the places visited. The food included is delicious and offers a varied and sufficient menu. In the case of dinners that are not included, you have several options at the hotel or in nearby restaurants. Fantastic tour of incredibly beautiful locations in Costa Rica. Highly recommended! Our tour guide Louis, was a knowledgeable and very helpful with our experience. We will definitely be back.

We would highly recommend booking this tour with another company. Our main objective of booking this tour and paying the full price was visiting Manuel Anronio park and also visiting the warerfalls. These vistits did not take place due to the bad organisation of the company that informed us a night before that we could just stay at the beach for the next day since they did not have the Manuel Antonio Park tickets. The representative of the company thar explained these changes was just very rude and impolite. We also did not receive any reimbursement by the company for this lost day (Manuel Antonio was one of the main reasons for our whole trip to Costa Rica) . We are still very disappointed and feel scammed by this company.
