Minimum verblijf: 2 nachten / 3 dagen Inbegrepen Activiteiten bij Green Stay aan de voet van Kliimanjaro ● Bezoek de faciliteiten en projecten van NGO's zoals ziekenhuis, school, kantoor (alleen op weekdagen) ● Chaga Marktbezoek (geiten, schapen) ● Lokale maaltijden koken ● Dierenverzorging en tuinieren ● Probeer bananenbier en leer over het productieproces ● Korte wandeling op een heuvel in Kibosho en meer Beschikbaar Uitgesloten opties ter plaatse ● Schilderklas, aardewerkklas ● Materuni-watervallen & koffietour De geselecteerde boekingsdatum is de incheckdatum. After staying 3 nights and 4 days at Green Stay near Moshi, I now understand why they chose this name. The pictures speak for themselves. The garden across the road is full of animals. I had the chance to visit NGO-run places like a nearby hospital, a school and a church (note: only possible on weekdays!). One day, I also went on a private trip to the hot springs, although the water wasn’t that hot. The stay was exceptional, the rooms of the house very comfortable, and you can also see the older buildings next to it, where the host’s parents-in-law live. It was awesome to cook traditional Chaga meals once in the modern kitchen and once the old-school way in the outdoor kitchen. I cannot recommend Kanga Homestay highly enough.

We had a wonderful time with Hilda and her family. We stayed in their beautiful house for three days. We went on some amazing excursions with them. They showed us how to cook typical Tanzanian food, and we showed them how to cook a Swiss dish (Rösti). We had a lot of fun together.
