If you go to Gettysburg and want to really hear about the battle, take this tour. Our guide, Kristen, was fantastic. She was very knowledgeable but discussed everything as if she was talking to a friend. You pick whether or not you ride on top or inside when you purchase tickets.
Our guide, Jim Miller, was outstanding regarding the battle and our driver, Amy, was able to steer the bus place I couldn’t drive a SUV.
Interesting, informative, comfortable, and just the right amount of time.
The tour exceeded expectations. First off, it was very easy to get to the tour center, and there was a lot of free parking spots. The check in process was quick and easy, and the bus was on time to pick everyone up. Then there was the tour itself. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable on the battle and made us feel like we were there in 1863. We were able to learn about the cannons in detail, as well as see a barn that still had a hole in it from a cannonball. I would highly recommend this tour, 10/10!
Worth every penny ! We had an excellent guide who made the battle fields come alive. I kept thinking of the 51,000 dead all night afterwards.
Very informative! This should be your first stop for an understanding of where and when events occurred. Follow this with the the museum and visitors center.
Great experience and overall view of the battle. Gave a great experience to learn so much about the battle at Gettysburg. The tour guide made it a wonderful experience with important landmarks and history of the battle throughout the ride. I enjoyed seeing the historical houses throughout the town, seeing important monuments along the journey. It was great with a couple stops along the way.
It is a great way to tour the battlefield. Especially when it is very hot and humid. We also dealt with smoke from the wildfires. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and entertaining. My only complaint is we did not tour Culp's Hill.

Really good overview of various battles, historical markers, statues, strategies behind attacks & defense. Learned a lot. Coupled with the Gettysburg Museum offers, we had a full day that taught us so much about the 3 days of Gettysburg.
