Deze 2-daagse trip naar Awash National Park, gelegen op 225 km ten oosten van Addis Abeba, geeft reizigers een geweldige kans om wilde dieren, een prachtige waterval en geweldige vulkanische landschappen te zien. Awash National Park ligt in de Rift Valley en dankt zijn naam aan de rivier de Awash. A group of friends and I joined the 2 Days Awash National Park Tour with Danakil Depression Tours, and it was an incredible wildlife and nature experience. The park is full of beautiful landscapes, hot springs, waterfalls, and wildlife. During the trip, we saw animals such as gazelles, baboons, and several beautiful bird species. One of the highlights was visiting the stunning Awash Falls and relaxing near the natural hot springs. The safari drive through the park was exciting, and spending time in nature with friends made the experience even more enjoyable.

Valete was a great guide . His young driver was also. Worked well with the tour company on our behalf when a confusion about accomodations occurred and was resolved quickly. The trip was interesting although the park was quiet.few animals. The trip home was interesting with Valete giving us an insight to Ethiopian culture. Always happy to help us explore. Thanks Valete.

I recently had a wonderful 2-day trip to Awash National Park with Danakil Depression Tours, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the beginning, the team was very professional, friendly, and well organized. Our guide was knowledgeable about the park’s wildlife, landscapes, and local culture, which made the trip both enjoyable and educational. The journey from Addis Ababa was comfortable, and everything was arranged smoothly. During the tour we explored the beautiful Awash Falls, where the powerful waterfall creates an amazing view and a perfect place for photos. We also had the chance to see several animals such as oryx, baboons, warthogs, and many bird species while driving through the park. The landscapes of volcanic plains, acacia woodland, and the Awash River make this park truly unique. The overnight stay near the park was peaceful and gave us the opportunity to enjoy the quiet nature and even see wildlife around the lodge area. On the second day, we continued exploring different parts of the park and learning more about the ecosystem. Overall, this 2-day trip was perfectly organized and a great way to experience one of Ethiopia’s beautiful national parks. I highly recommend Danakil Depression Tours to anyone looking for a reliable and professional tour company in Ethiopia. It was a memorable adventure, and I would definitely travel with them again
