2 - Dag Korte Inca Trail naar Machu Picchu met schilderachtige trein

Beautiful four day crossing. We leave Cuncani together with our guide Vanesa, cook (Checho) and muleteer (Hermogenes), walking to Urubamba. The first day we walked to the camp, where we had dinner and stayed overnight. The next day and after a long walk we continued to Urubamba where Hermogenes and Checho, had everything ready for lunch. We spent the night in Ollantaytambo and left to make the Inca trail short. Excellent our guide Vanesa Jara Vargas, who not only guided us, but also solved every inconvenience that presented itself. Super recommended as a guide and person. We're gonna miss her.

Thanks to our guide (Jimmy) we had a great time. He was well-informed and I loved asking him questions about all the plants, in addition to what he taught us about the Inca civilization. It was a moderately tough hike but was super rewarding. He was really nice to make sure all our friends made it through to the end. Thank you, Jimmy!

Would strongly recommend this tour if you are trying to do the 2-day short Inca trail !!! Jimmy, our tour guide was very knowledgeable, patient and thoughtful during the Inca trail hike. He really took the time to explain the ruins and Inca temples to us on the way. We really enjoyed our hike. Don't hesitate , just book it !!

Jayder was an amazing and informative tour guide from telling us all about the true Peruvian history from the ancient civilization, the Andeans, the Incas, and the Spanish. He helped show the best views and kept us well informed throughout the entire trail. He kept us motivated and entertained the entire time especially when we were tired on the trail. Not to mention he was great at taking photos and had the best recommendations for coffee and restaurants! I’m very glad my first major tour and hike in South America was with him and Wilkatravels. I hope the best for Wilkatravels and for Jayder in years to come!

Macchu Picchu is a unique experience, the tour fantastic from beggining to end, our guide, katy, was waiting for us at the train station and had organised everything at the hotel. During the tour she took very good care of us, managing to explain evrything very clearly and calmly. She also gave us time for photos and helped is to capture the best views. We highly reccommend the tour and the agency if anyone wants to visit Macchu Picchu.

We just did the 2 days trip to machupicchu and it was such an amazing experience. The hike wasn't too exhausting and thanks to our lovely guide Anthony it became a unforgettable memory.
