We stayed only three days in Cuzco and thanks to this super complete tour we could absolutely see it. Visiting Machu Picchu is a dream that is why nothing can be left to chance, they organize every detail, we want to thank Ronald the guide who made the visit to Machupicchu because he really gave us magical and unsurpassed attention, put soul and heart and helped us in everything, and also Rayza who only spoke on WhatsApp is the one who coordinated everything and always super available and resolute 24 hours. I recommend it in closed eyes, especially as it includes tickets train hotel is also a super option according to the price, if you take everything separately in the end it costs more and you risk not seeing so many things

Excellent 2-day tour of the Sacred Valley and Macchu Picchu, our very attentive guide Martin, explained everything very well, answered our questions, was aware of everything and even took beautiful photos and videos.

We did the 5 day tour. On day 1 we went to Chinchero, Moray, the salt mines then Ollantaytambo. Then we were dropped off at the train station to board for Aguas Calientes. On the second day we arrived early to Machu Picchu and were able to get some amazing pictures. The entire trip was a success. Both of our tour guides, Efrain and Edwin, made sure we got plenty of pictures and the best spots. I would strongly recommend Fly Cusco. Jhordy went above and beyond with helping us. Without his help our trip wouldn’t have been the same. Thank you so much

This trip was amazing!! Viator and Fly Cusco plan the best experience.. Effie our guide and driver were very knowledgeable and caring I was attitude challenged and feeling poorly and they worked me through out the day. I had them stop twice because I was sick. He took me to a pharmacy and we got anti nausea and Tylenol and electrolytes. At each event was informative. Then the train ride was beautiful Viadome and comfortable. Tea and cookies served or cocktail’s. Hotel was clean comfortable and staff attentive. I am feeling 1000 times better. Breakfast was very good. Then 615 am with Luis Chaves -for the highlight Machu Picchu. Words and photos don’t do it justice. Seventh wonder of the world. Wow, book your tour .

We had a fabulous experience, as well as our agent Jordi helped us a lot with our Machupichu tickets and with all the logistics. Victor our guide was very kind and very knowledgeable and taught us, apart from beautiful places, a lot of culture and history of all the places visited. You have to know the sacred valley and Machupichu not to mention, I will recommend it to my friends when they come with Fly Cusco100%.

Everything about this trip was perfect. From the first contact Jordy gave us all the support and information needed. We weren’t able to buy the tickets to Machu Picchu beforehand in the internet and Jordy made us feel confidente that ir was possible to buy direct in aguas calientes and explained to us how to it. On the evening before the trip we had a meeting on the lobby of the hotel where Jordy gave us the train and bus tickets and explained to us the itinerary. The next morning our guide Effy was on time and took us on a amazing trip through the sacred valley, giving us all the info needed. After a marvelous train ride, we arrived até Aguas Calientes, where another guide was waiting and helped us through the process os getting the tickets. Then, the next morning, we finally went to Machu Picchu. The weather was cloudy, but our guide Victor made uns patiently wait, unlike other groups that just gave up. After some minutes, we were finally able to see the post card view and explore the citadel with no rush. The return to Cusco also went smoothly, with no altercations whatsoever. All in all, it was a perfect trip, all very well organized and with very professional and knowledgeable guides.
