Onze reis Gids en chauffeur zullen u ontmoeten in de lobby van het hotel, een bezoek brengen aan Tianmen Mountain. Beschouwd als de ziel van Zhangjiajie, Tianmen Mountain is de hoogste berg in Zhangjiajie. Het uitzicht omvat sierlijke oude bomen, karstheuvels en lange wegen die uit de zijkanten van de klif zijn gehouwen. De kabelbaan doet er ongeveer 30 minuten over van het stadscentrum naar de bergtop en is de langste ter wereld. De meest populaire attracties op de top van de berg zijn Heaven Gate, Glass Skywalk, 99 Bend Road enzovoort. In de middag wordt u naar Furong Town gebracht, het duurt ongeveer 60 - 70 minuten rijden van Zhangjiajie naar Furong Town met een privébusje.
Gelegen in de weelderige bergen van West-Hunan Tujia en Miao Autonome Prefectuur, Furong Town (letterlijk "Hibiscus Town") is een boeiende oude stad die lijkt opgeschort in de tijd. Wat Furong Town echt uniek maakt is de spectaculaire natuurlijke omgeving, naadloos geïntegreerd met menselijke bewoning. De stad is dramatisch gebouwd op een klif, met rijen van traditionele Tujia stilte huizen (Diaojiaolou) trapsgewijs naar beneden in de richting van de rivier de You. Het meest adembenemende kenmerk is de prachtige waterval die direct door het hart van de nederzetting stroomt, waardoor het de bijnaam "Town on the Waterfall" krijgt. U zult vooral genieten van de nachtlampjes van deze prachtige oude stad. Onder een sterrenhemel is Furong Town 's nachts niet langer alleen een historische site. Het wordt een levend schilderij, een poëtische visie waar de werken van de mens en de grootsheid van de natuur harmonieus met elkaar verweven zijn door de magie van het licht. Het is een ervaring van pure, rustige betovering.

We had an amazing experience with the tour starting with the pick up that went smoothly, our tour guide spoke really well English and told us every single detailed of each place we visited, he even took us to the best photo spots and hidden gems, this tour is totally worth it if you like enjoying at your own pace and time the guide stopped in every place patiently took pictures and even recommended us places to visit aside of the tour highly recommended

AMAZING time! The heavens gate hike was the highlight of my China trip. Probably one of the best experiences I have had travelling, the 999 steps seems hard, especially looking at it from the bottom but is totally doable! My tour guide Cara was amazing, would highly recommend this tour to anyone, the rest of the experience on the top of the mountain was really cool, and the visit to Furong town was also awesome. I booked this tour for my birthday and Cara helped to make my day really special and memorable.

Lillian and Driver Mr. Zhang were not only on time but early with cold waters available. The van was super comfortable and clean. Lillian guided us nicely and we were grateful for her English so we could better follow the instructions on where to go and learn about Tianmen Mountain. Lillian was patient when I needed to pause for rest and happily took our photos. For this tour we saw Heaven’s Gate and Furong Ancient Town. I definitely recommend. Where comfortable shoes, bring an electric portable fan, and a battery pack because you’ll take a 1000 photos!!! Enjoy!

We had an absolutely fantastic experience with our guide, Zoe, during our visits to Tianmen Mountain and Furong Town. From the very beginning, both Zoe and the driver were incredibly punctual and professional, which gave us great peace of mind. What truly made our trip special was Zoe’s genuine care. We were traveling with our 6-year-old son, and she was tireless with him, always making sure he was comfortable and even surprising us all with sweet treats as a gift—a very kind gesture that we won't forget! The logistics were flawless: we didn't have to wait in any lines, which is a huge plus for such popular attractions. Even when it started raining and visibility on the mountain was low, Zoe remained encouraging and patient until the weather cleared up. It was definitely worth the wait! To top it off, we asked for a local recommendation for lunch, and she took us to a wonderful restaurant with authentic and delicious food. If you are looking for a professional, punctual, and deeply caring guide in China, we highly recommend Zoe. She is simply the best!
