Wist u dat de Halleluja-berg in de film Avatar is geïnspireerd op het beroemde Zhangjiajie National Forest Park? Het Zhangjiajie National Forest Park staat op de werelderfgoedlijst van de UNESCO. Wij helpen u uw tijd en energie optimaal te benutten en de mooiste bezienswaardigheden van het Zhangjiajie National Forest Park te bewonderen: de schilderachtige Yuanjiajie-regio en de berg Tianzi. Om 09.00 uur haalt uw privégids en chauffeur u op bij uw hotel en brengt u naar Wulingyuan Scenic Area, waar Zhangjiajie National Forest Park ligt, om de twee meest klassieke en populaire attracties te bezoeken.
Neem een kabelbaan naar de Tianzi-berg en je ziet grote gebieden met groteske bergtoppen omhoog stuwen. Langs de trappen lopen ontvouwen zich spectaculaire uitzichten voor je vanuit verschillende hoeken.
In de middag rijdt u met een openbare pendelbus naar Yuanjiajie Scenic Area, waarvan de bergen de inspiratie zijn voor Avatar's Hallelujah Mountain. Dit gebied is het meest bezochte gebied vanwege zijn bekendheid. Het duurt ongeveer 1 uur om de toeristische paden te lopen, voordat je de shuttlebus neemt voor de kabelbaan de berg af. Je reis eindigt rond 17.00 uur en je wordt teruggebracht naar je hotel in het centrum van Zhangjiajie. Transfer naar het treinstation voor uw vertrektrein is ook werkbaar.
Er is nog een optie om de berg af te komen - Bailong Elevator. Deze glazen lift is gebouwd op de zijkant van een klif en beweert 's werelds hoogste in zijn soort te zijn. Het duurt slechts 2 minuten, maar tijdens piekmomenten moet u misschien een of twee uur in de rij staan om het in te nemen. Als je geïnteresseerd bent om de lift te nemen, vertel dit dan van tevoren aan je gids, zodat hij / zij van tevoren kan regelen om de lange wachtrijen te vermijden.

Horrible service both operationally and customer support. Driver didn’t show up at pick up location even though our train arrived on time. He eventually arrived 30 minutes late. No reason given and Viator refused refund or compensation.

We had the most amazing day in Zhangjiajie. Our guide, Nora, was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She took us through the incredible Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, including the famous “Avatar” mountains, and her knowledge of the area was outstanding. What really made the day special was how she went beyond the typical tourist spots. We explored so many places and viewpoints that we would never have discovered on our own. Nora was friendly, professional, and made everything easy and enjoyable. I would highly recommend booking with Nora if you’re visiting Zhangjiajie—it truly made our experience unforgettable.

The itinerary was excellent covering all the major aattractions. Lunch was better than most of those included in tours, full menu, nice ambience. But best of all was our guide May who spoke excellent english, understood all of our questions, and took an interest in our enjoyment . Her pace was just right. She was the best guide we have had in china.

The mountains are breathtaking and a must see. The park is huge with 4 separate regions, various shuttle buses, cable cars, and numerous large tour groups. If traveling independently from abroad, a tour guide is a must. Our tour guide Anna was amazing. She made the visit move along seamlessly and enriched the whole experience with information about the region’s history, culture, and geography. She took us to some “secret spots” with few tourists (which is extremely rare) and amazing views. I traveled with two energetic boys and zoomed through the planned itinerary. Anna was extra generous and took us to a bonus spot in the valley for a walk along a stream. If possible, try to request her!!

It was great experience in over all . The place is awesome must see this nature wonder .. it was very well arranged by the tour company . The pick up was on time planned very well our tour guide was very good . I owe Linda big thank you she did her job excellent & she guided me very well saw to it we don’t get stuck in crowd . Everything you would want it to be and more! I knew nothing about Zhangjiajie, except that my daughter had learned about it in high school and wanted to go. So I booked this excursion blindly and it was fabulous! Wendy was our tour guide and she went above and beyond to make our day great. From hotel pickup to history, and culture of the National park she was right on point. The mountains were beautiful, the cable car was fun, and we had a great day. Wendy took the time to show us some sites that were off the beaten path and was so very patient with all of the pictures we took. She even recommended some things for our next day that was an amazing day as well. Hint: We went at the end of August and had no lines or crowds. We were told the weeks before were crazy crowded.
