De Burcht van Boeda en het Vissersbastion in Boedapest, Hongarije, bieden een unieke ervaring voor bezoekers vanwege hun rijke historische en architectonische betekenis. De Burcht van Boeda, die op de werelderfgoedlijst van UNESCO staat, was eeuwenlang het huis van Hongaarse koningen en herbergt nu verschillende musea, waaronder het Historisch Museum van Boedapest en de Hongaarse Nationale Galerij. Het Vissersbastion, een neogotisch en neoromaans terras met uitzicht op de rivier de Donau, biedt een adembenemend panoramisch uitzicht over de stad en is vernoemd naar de vissers die ooit dit deel van de stadsmuren verdedigden. De zeven torens van het Bastion vertegenwoordigen de zeven Magyaarse stammen die Hongarije hebben gesticht. In 1964 werd een hangbrug voltooid die de rivier de Donau overspant en de steden Buda en Pest verbindt.
In een zuilengalerij op een heuvel met uitzicht op de rivier staat het imposante standbeeld van een 11e-eeuwse monnik.

Pretty fun to go on the Segway, you feel quite free, and if you are a speed demon you'll enjoy it even more.

We had a wonderful experience with Daniel on our Segway tour! We hadn't had a chance to visit the Buda side of the city and did just that with this tour. We stopped at a couple of major sites along the way and we're able to get of and walk around a bit. Daniel did a great job sharing the history of the area and other integrating facts. We had a great time!
Top great excursion destination with my son; we also had a very nice tour guide. Can recommend it to anyone who wants to experience Budapest in a more intimate way.
The Castle area is vast. The ride up on the Funicular was very short but fun going up; better to walk down as its far more interesting. The castle area has shops and cafes as well. Try to get a coffee or light meal at the Fishermans Bastion as you get the best views of Budapest.

First time Segway rider and it was amazing!! We normally love to walk with our 12 year-old twins, but we had such a great time and they’re a perfect age for it. It felt extremely safe and very efficient and super fun to get around the city! Our guide, Daniel kept us safe and very informed. Highly recommend this company and this tour guide!!
We had an awesome tour with Daniel. He was a really great guide and very knowledgable. He was also very quick to help our children if they started moving in the wrong direction on the segway. Would definitely recommend this tour, and especially Daniel as a guide.
