Questo servizio ha due orari diversi, il primo è per un tour mattutino e il ritiro è presso: ZONA CANCUN E PLAYA DEL CARMEN tra le 8:00 e le 8:30, ZONA TULUM tra le 7:00 e le 8:00. Arriveremo al parco alle 9:30. Il secondo è per un tour di mezzogiorno e il ritiro è a: ZONA CANCUN E PLAYA DEL CARMEN tra le 12:00 e le 12:30, ZONA TULUM tra le 11:00 e le 12:00. Arriveremo al parco alle 13:30. Gli orari variano a seconda dell'hotel, un nostro rappresentante indicherà l'orario esatto del ritiro via mail o via SMS. Per gli hotel e gli airbnb di Tulum il punto d'incontro speciale sarà il supermercato Super Aki Tulum in centro. Si prega di considerare i tempi di trasporto per il ritiro e la riconsegna.

TOURIST TRAP!! We were hit with a sales pitch for googles and eyewear as soon as we were dropped off. We enjoyed the activities however we were rushed through them all. About 30 minutes per activity. We hated the rushing through the zip lines. That didn’t feel safe. Instead of 4 hours it was a total of 8!! The last two hours were spent trying to sell souvenirs.. super expensive picture packets and for us to buy the lunch that was supposed to be included!!

Skip it. This place is a tourist trap, and I’m sure there are much better companies that give you a more authentic experience. Our transportation was over 30 minutes late picking us up, and from the moment you arrive they’re trying to get you to upgraded your experience and pay more money. Before, between and after every activity, they take you through their different stores and tell you to buy specific equipment for each activity that you never end up using. The tequila tasting is used as a way to get you to buy overpriced tequila, and wasn’t something that was mentioned when we booked the tour. Based on reviews and the description, I imagined we’d be in the jungle, ziplining and riding ATVs. We were basically at what looked like a tourists summer camp, and rode ATVs in a loop. They don’t give you food until the end of the day, after you’ve been sweating in the sun, and unless you buy additional food on the menu that isn’t included in the price of your experience, they take forever to serve you. At the end of the tour, they try to convince to pay for overpriced photographs they’ve been taking of you the whole time (because you have to put your phone in a locker while you’re out). The cenote was amazing - you can’t really mess that up. But ultimately it was a tourist trap that we didn’t sign up for, and we wanted to leave as soon as we arrived.

The option to upgrade your tour or purchase additional services is to enhance your experience, although, it is not mandatory to purchase such services. The tequila tasting is a cultural experience where you can learn more about this traditional drink in Mexico, it is a plus of our tour but it is not mandatory to buy anything this is just to get involved in the Mexican culture. The tour takes place in the jungle but the area where the activities take place is conditioned to give you the best security, the jungle is a dangerous ecosystem because of the type of flora and fauna that you can find there. Regardless of the food, you can take snacks at the end of the activities because you will be doing extreme activities, it is better not to have food in your stomach to avoid accidents. The photo package is also available for people who are really interested in them, this is an optional service where a professional photographer will be accompanying you during the tour and will be taking pictures of each activity, the reason why we do not let you take your cell phone on the activities is for safety, as we have had several accidents of customers who are distracted taking pictures while driving their ATV. By not using electronic devices while doing the activities, we have reduced the accident rate. For us the most important thing will always be your safety and well being. amazing experience! very fun and provides a variety of activities. we started with atv riding, then tequila tasting, cenotes, then zip lining, and finished off with 2 tacos included in the package deal. our tour guide also made the activities more entertaining. i had trouble accessing my chosen pickup location, but Viator helped sort out and accommodate for where we can change our pickup area. we ended up spending the entire day here. definitely recommend!
You get to do Zipline, ATV ride and swim in cenote. Everything was clean, on time and lots of fun. Their staff was very courteous. I would recommend them.
