This was great experience I was worried about safety being solo but they were really friendly and helpful. The team puts you in a group with others to stay together throughout the activities which was nice!

My wife and I had an amazing experience. This was the first time we've ever participated in any excursion. The service was very accommodating in that when I booked the tickets, my resort was not originally on the list of locations for pick up. However, after speaking with a service provider they were able to pick us up right from our lobby. We did the ATV, Zipline, and Cenotes and eventually upgraded to VIP member pass. Worth it, in my opinion. The staff was very nice and helpful to our intimate group of adventurers. The ATV ride was so much fun that by the end of that part we wished we could to do it all over again. The ziplines were cool, too. While neither of us have done it before, we felt safe and secure zooming from one post to the next, despite the initial uncertainty jitters. After an informative tequila tasting, the cenote was a highlight. Personally, it seemed like something I only see in movies. Very refreshing to partake in the cool cave waters after being in the blazing heat for the first half of the experience. We actually stayed in there for longer than I expected, so that was a plus. Then, we had unlimited tacos and drinks to end it off before heading back on the VERY bumpy safari ride, which definitely felt like a roller coaster. Last FYI: we brought with us googles, water shoes, and face masks, but they have all of those items for purchase before beginning. All in all, we would absolutely do this again and encourage others to try it, even if you're like my wife and not much of a thrill seeker. 10 out of 10 for us!

Experience was great and well worth money. Staff was mediocre until the end where they pressed me and my friends consistently for tips for almost 15 minutes when we told them we didn’t have any money on us. Then we started getting pressured to use apple pay and other options. Also refused to compromise on any of the pictures and wanted to charge us $30 for 1 additional picture and refused to negotiate whatsoever.
Hi, thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to know you enjoyed the experience and felt it was worth the value. We’re sorry that the repeated requests for tips and the interaction regarding the photo purchase affected the end of your visit. We appreciate your comments and will share them with the corresponding teams for review.
First of let me start off with transportation. It says you can arrive on your own to the meeting point but there was no parking anywhere! arriving on my own does not mean shuttle, please fix your details immediately. cenote was beautiful but we only spend 20 minutes there and we have to swim first before doing tequila tasting, atv riding & zip lining which is silly cause now im in wet clothes! the overpriced goggles and masks are unnecessary. you cannot take your phone anywhere you go, it has to be locked in a locker which is weird. I think it’s a scam so they can just make you pay for pictures. Atv riding was short and not worth it, we don’t get to go fast just 5KM. Worst part is, I tried to exit before my tour was done & the staff looked confused and acted very rude towards me. They asked me if i wanted lunch and i said no, they had to call their supervisor to unlock the big black gate to get out. Which made me miss my Uber, to my rental car… Cause y’all said I can come on my own. Tour guides also beg for tips & give sobs stories about making $12 an hour.
Dear traveller, Thank you for your feedback. On the product description, we do not specify that the meeting point has parking available, The instructions for the meeting point clearly specifies that the customer should meet the transportation at the meeting point. We encourage our visitors to properly read all instructions and to contact us if they have any questions. Regards

Brilliant day out , from hotel pick up to all the activities, the guides (Javier) are very knowledgeable and keep everyone safe and spirits high, from the ziplines , ATV driving, tequila tasting to the Cenote swimming activities and finishing off with a traditional show at the restaurant before being brought back to the hotel , all in all a highlight of our trip to Cancun.

We had a great time! Everything was so Fun. The price for two is great there is a lot of activities. Our guide was awesome “crispy bacon” 😂 we love that it’s half day but there was still so much time to do stuff. Will recommend to others! And the tequila was great!

⭐ Disappointing Experience — VIP Was Not Worth It Unfortunately, this tour felt like one big money grab from beginning to end. We paid extra for the VIP experience, expecting the upgrades that were advertised, but we essentially received the exact same experience as everyone else. One of the biggest disappointments was the cenote. We were specifically told we would have an hour at the cenote, but we were only given about 15 minutes and were rushed the entire time. When we questioned it, the explanation suddenly changed to, “The hour is for the area, not actually in the cenote.” That was definitely not how it was originally explained to us. The ATV portion was also underwhelming. It was basically one big circle, it was extremely hot and uncomfortable, and there was no water available during the experience. For a tour involving ATVs, ziplining, and being outside in the Cancun heat, having water readily available should be a basic expectation. The VIP package was advertised as including unlimited drinks, water, food/snacks, and upgraded treatment, but we kept having to ask, “Where’s the water? Where are the drinks? Where are the snacks?” We didn’t receive any of that until the very end — at the same time everyone else did. The only noticeable “VIP” difference was a glass of champagne, which absolutely did not justify paying extra. What made the experience even more uncomfortable was the guide repeatedly asking us about tips: “So, no tips? Oh, no tips? Okay, no tips?” Tips should be based on the quality of the experience and service, not something guests are repeatedly pressured or guilted into giving. I’ve been to Cancun before and have done other excursions, so I do have something to compare this to. Xplor was definitely a much better experience. With so many ATV, cenote, and ziplining tours available in Cancun, I personally would not recommend this one. I guess you get what you pay for — but considering we specifically paid extra for VIP, I expected much more. The entire experience felt rushed, poorly organized, and focused more on getting additional money from guests than actually providing the experience that was advertised.
> Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear the VIP experience did not meet your expectations. Your comments regarding the cenote time, VIP inclusions, hydration, organization, and gratuity requests are important to us and will be shared with our operations team for review. We appreciate your honest feedback, as it helps us continue improving the experience we provide to our guests. What To Do In Cancun Customer service team
