We actually missed the bus in the morning but linked up with our tour guide at the destination. Our tour guide Divina and her colleague were friendly, approachable and helpful as soon as we met. They helped us to pick a route at the destination and Divina was especially helpful on the bus back to Beijing, answering a multitude of questions in both Mandarin and English. We highly recommend this tour for anyone interested in visiting the Great Wall at Mutianyu.
The trip was well organized! We went with Zanbus it was easy to find. The bus ride was pleasant while we listened to Brown our guide telling us about Chinese history. For the return we had a choice to take an earlier or later bus. Would do it again get to the wall stress free :) thank you
The Zan Bus direct bus pick-up point is convenient and easy to find – right out of the subway, the Zan Bus sign is right there. The tour bus is parked in its own lot early and waits for passengers, so the bus waits for you, not the other way around. This is especially nice in hot summer or bad weather. Onboard, there’s a professional guide David shares interesting history about the Great Wall and handles ticketing services – hassle‑free, reassuring, comfortable, and worry‑free. Once you reach the wall, you have a full 5 hours to explore at your leisure. Mutianyu offers beautiful scenery and fewer crowds, so the experience is fantastic. Mutianyu Great Wall is well worth a visit, and the Zan Bus direct shuttle is definitely your best choice. Thumbs up!

Finally we had to pay about 50 € each one because there are several tickets that are not included but It worth it if you don't have many time in Beijing... Brown, our guide explained us very much things, but it was difficult for us to understand his accent

Nice tour to the Great Wall (Chinese Wall). Our guide Lina was very helpful and organized optional tickets for us upon request, for example for the cable car. The process was smooth. Departed on time and also returned on time.
